If you live in San Francisco, you should turn these clowns into the State Franchise Tax Board for non payment of sales tax.
Legitimate non profits when they have sales to raise money, have to pay the sales tax on all funds raised by the event in California.
If they don't they can lose their non profit status in California.

Well, I have some misgivings about being an informer for the revenue collectors --- but I think the point is moot anyway since I didn't detect that MoveOn was making any profit whatsoever.
I've seen kids running lemonade stands that had more customers.
