Did he also know at the time he admitted this that they may of had video of him exiting the vehicle? If this tape exists, and it depicts others involved at the scene, all hell is going to break loose and it'll prove McVeigh was doing what most soldiers do when captured.

And that those in the federal government not only knew who *John Doe Two* was, but actively assisted him in escaping the investigation. Presumably, under orders from above.

Was there any other eyewitnesses to individuals in or around that yellow Ryder truck? Yes.
On May 23, 1997, during the trial, Daina Bradley testified. She was trapped in the building for five hours and had to have her leg amputated. Her mother, son and daughter were killed; her sister badly injured. She was there to get her son's social security number and an appointment for SSI. What can anyone say to Ms. Bradley about her loss? The Social Security office was on the first floor.

Mrs. Bradley was compelled to testify under a subpoena issued by the defense:

Q. All right. Did you tell them that you observed an individual get out of the passenger side of the vehicle?

A. Yes.

Q. Okay. And did you give them a description of the person?

A. Yeah.

Q. All right. And what did you tell them about the person that got out of the vehicle? Do you recall?

A. I recall telling them that -- that it was a olive-complexion man with short hair, curly, clean-cut. He had on a blue Starter jacket, blue jeans, and tennis shoes and a white hat with purple flames.

Q. All right. And did you tell him that -- or tell them that he was wearing a baseball cap?

A. Yes.

Q. And did you also tell them when you talked to them on May the 3d and 4th that you observed him from a side view?

A. Yes.

Q. And did you also tell the FBI what this person did when he got out of the Ryder truck?

A. Yes.

Q. And what did you tell them?

A. I had told him that -- I told them that he had got out of the truck, went to the back of the truck, and proceeded to walk very fast forward in front of the truck. He went back on the sidewalk and left.

Actually, I remember hearing it on the scanner several times. I lived at 144th and Penn at the time of the event. I had several scanners running because it is a hobby. As soon as I heard and felt the explosion, I turned on the scanners. I did not turn them off for days.

I was listening to Glen Beck and he had Jeana Davis on. She said that the drawing of the John Doe #2 that everyone thought looked like Jose Padilla is actually Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini.

Do you know know if there is a picture of this Al Hussaini anywhere, because I say the drawing looks like Jose Padilla also? In fact somewhere there is a picture where it morphs from the drawing to Jose Padilla.

Tonight, here in San Diego, Roger Hedgecock was talking about all the Gorelick involvement in OKC, TWA 800, and all the rest of it. Roger has about 2 mil audience here in San Diego County, with a population of 3 mil.

The partisan media may think they can hide this, but it won't work anymore. Brit and his group are convinced that if Gorelick is not removed, the whole commission has lost its' credibility. And .. the little kissy face with Kean is really rubbing me the wrong way.

There's a couple of threads here asking people to email the commission, and their congress people and tell them that if Gorelick will not step down - then the commission is basically irrelevent.

There are numerous possibilities and theories, including al-Husseini, Padilla, Todd Bunting, Mawaotki and other possibilities. Comparisons of all of them in one place for consideration by the original witnesses would seem to be a useful step, but only if the idea was to actually identify those with McVeigh on that and other occasions. And that does not appear to be what the FBI had in mind.

Agreed, particularly when you have the opportunity to compare both side-by-side in photographs. But to a witness who had only seen one, and wearing a hat, from the side, and only for a few seconds, I can easily appreciate how that identification could be made.

And don't forget that the source of the drawings was the FBI. They may well have chosen the drawing least resembling the subject that some of their personnel were helping to avoid scrutiny.
