I certainly don't think he was innocent, but for sure had more help than has been proven in court.

Tim McVeigh innocent? No. He was a loyal soldier - to someone else's army. Why else would he not use the third-man as a straw argument not to be killed himself?
Nichols isn't quite so loyal to the other army, I guess.

TImothy McVeigh, an innocent murdered Not necessarily an innocent. But very possibly a federal agent inside the operation, professional to the end, of a much higher quality than the usual FBI and BATF drones caught in other criminality and selling out their country.

"TImothy McVeigh, an innocent murdered"Oh good grief. McViegh himself admitted that he did it. He gave a full TV interview confessional before his last stay of execution.
The only odd part about McViegh was that he was clearly covering up for someone else. He wouldn't name other names, preferring instead to take his secrets to the grave.

Please tell me you are kidding, please.
Try, Timothy Mcveigh, a "cowardly murderer of innocents". Any real man with a soul would have never been involved in the first place.

Not innocent and obviously not alone
Gore-lick - why did you say to "kill it"? -- meaning the investigation into the middle eastern man involved with the bombing.

I'm going to assume your sentence structure is classical. Let me interpret in modern English:
Timothy McVeigh murdered the innocent.

Whaaaaaat? He was far from innocent - but he wasn't the only guilty party.

There was nothing innocent about McVeigh. He was a cold blooded murderer of law enforcement, men, women, and children. He deserved what he got -- death and to rot in hell!
