Tim McVeigh innocent? No. He was a loyal soldier - to someone else's army. Why else would he not use the third-man as a straw argument not to be killed himself?
Nichols isn't quite so loyal to the other army, I guess.

Oh good grief. McViegh himself admitted that he did it. He gave a full TV interview confessional before his last stay of execution.
The only odd part about McViegh was that he was clearly covering up for someone else. He wouldn't name other names, preferring instead to take his secrets to the grave.
