TERRI SCHINDLER-SCHIAVO DAILY THREADAPRIL 19, 2004 FORWARD
April 19, 2004 | floriduh voter

Posted on 04/19/2004 2:05:56 PM PDT by floriduh voter

Persistent and Loyal Friends of Terri and of the U.S. Constitution,

I'm home from today's hearing which was held at the Criminal Courthouse Complex on 49th Street, Clearwater before Judge W. Douglas Baird.

Once I collect my thoughts from today's hearing which just adjourned about a half an hour ago, I'll post them here. Initially, I wasn't going to do any reporting re: the hearing but it was enlightening.

I learned today in the hallway that Terri's parents, siblings and other relatives are still unable to see her some three weeks later due to the criminal investigation of what may have been mosquito bites. But, that's a different legal matter.

Well, then Senator supports DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DISCRIMINATION, EMBEZZLEMENT, FRAUD, EMOTIONAL HARASSMENT AND INTIMIDATION and many more. I think that JIM KING should be the fall guy and I recommend that we hound our other legislators that HE SHOULD RESIGN. Whether they force him out or not, I"ll be making more calls tomorrow.

>>Senator King is adamant that government should never be involved in such extremely personal family/court/God decisions.<<

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I thought that personal family/court/God decisions might include parental notification of minors who are having abortions (oops, I mean medical "procedures"). I thought the government that King is referring to felt every right to step in on that issue. The same people who legislate that schools need to contact parents to administer tylenol or advil, yet will give permission without parental approval to allow a minor to undergo an abortion. Wow! The hypocrisy is numbing!

>>The Senator is a very wise man.<<

Not in my book!

Damn, where's my barf bag when I need it?

Well, Becky, I beg to differ. If the laws are such that a defenseless person can be put to death by the whim of an estranged spouse - when there is no evidence of such a wish nor a life-ending condition, I think we have a problem.

I will also point you to the Florida statutory definition of "persistent vegetative state" under the 744 codes. No where in that particular statute do I read any reference to a doctor's diagnosis or recommendation. So, I would assess that particular statute is, indeed, the government getting involved in personal family/court/God decisions.

One set of standards will do just fine, thanks.

That statute is unconstitutional on its very premise and King will not even allow Floridians to fend for themselves under it?

He's pathetic. As is anyone who defends him. You give him my comments and I shan't trouble you again.

That was my first time to visit the web cams. I'm assuming the video was 'live'. I went here:

and I clicked on Senate Chamber under Live Video, not the Archives section.

State of Florida Commission on Ethics

http://www.ethics.state.fl.us/

Welcome to the official homepage of the State of Florida Commission on Ethics. Florida has been a leader among the states in establishing ethics standards for public officials. We recognize in our Constitution that a public office is a public trust and the people have the right to protect that public trust against abuse.

This site was designed to make it easier for Florida public officers, employees and citizens to access information on the ethics laws. Everything from Ethics Commission history to recent decisions, opinions, press releases, forms, and publications can be accessed via the links to the left on this page.

The Florida Commission on Ethics is a nine-member Commission, with a staff of approximately twenty employees located in Tallahassee, that serves as the guardian of the standards of conduct for officers and employees of Florida and its political subdivisions and functions as an independent commission responsible for investigating and issuing public reports on complaints of breaches of the public trust by public officers and employees. The Commission also renders legally binding advisory opinions interpreting the ethics laws and implements the State's financial disclosure laws.

The Commission, by majority vote, interprets and applies Florida's ethics laws by taking action on the disposition of complaints, the recommendation of penalties, and the issuance of legal opinions. Also, the commission hires the Executive Director, recommends changes in the ethics laws to the Legislature, and adopts rules of procedure and an operating budget.

The Commission on Ethics cannot conduct investigations of alleged violations of the Sunshine Amendment or the Code of Ethics unless a person files a sworn complaint with the Commission alleging such violation has occurred.

If you have knowledge that a person in government has violated the standards of conduct or disclosure laws or has committed some other breach of the public trust, you may report these violations to the Commission by filing a sworn complaint on a form promulgated by the Commission. Otherwise, the Commission is unable to take action, even after learning of such misdeeds through newspaper reports and phone calls.

The Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees

The Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees, adopted by the Legislature as Part III of Chapter 112, Florida Statutes , contains standards of ethics conduct and disclosures applicable to public officers, employees, candidates, lobbyists, and others in Florida State and local government, with the exception of Judges. (The ethical standards for Judges of Florida's judicial branch are contained in the Code of Judicial Conduct, adopted by the Florida Supreme Court.)

The "Sunshine Amendment"
The "Sunshine Amendment," adopted by Florida votes through a constitutional initiative in 1976 as Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, contains standards of ethical conduct and disclosures applicable to public officers and employees; it also requires the Legislature to adopt the code of ethics described above.

Standards of Conduct for the Public Service Commission and the Public Service Commission Nominating Council
Sections 350.031 - 350.05 & 350.0605, Florida Statutes, contain standards of conduct that apply particularly to members and employees of the Public Service Commission and to members of the Public Service Commission Nominating Council.

What Michael Schiavo says happened that night / morning of 02/24/90 02/25/90

p98 of MS Depo Med Mal 07/27/92

12  Q   Okay.  Let me go to the day of the attack,

13  and I understand that was 2/25/90; is that correct?

14  A   Correct.

15  Q   What had you done the night before?

16  A   I was at work.

17  Q   And I understand that 2/25/90 was a Sunday;

18  is that right?

19  A   Right.  Correct. Right.

20  Q   And what do you recall about that morning?

21  A   Of the incident?

22  Q   Yes, I'm sorry.  What time had you gotten in?

23  A   I didn't get in until like 12:30, something

24  like that, 1:00.  We had late parties that day at the

25  restaurant.

___

p.99 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   Was your wife awake when you got in?

 2  A   No.

3  Q   Did you talk to her at all before you went to

 4  bed?

5  A   She said good night to me.

6  Q   Okay.  In other words, you went -- you

7  crawled in bed and she said good night?

 8  A   Yep.

9  Q   What's the next thing you recall after that?

10  A   Next thing I recall is I'm getting out of bed

11  for some reason, and I heard her fall and hit the

12  floor.

13  Q   You were getting out of bed?

14  A   For some reason.

15  Q   How far is the bed from the place where she

16  fell?

17  A   About seven feet.

18  Q   What kind of floor are we talking about,

19  carpeted or --

20  A   Carpeted, yes.

21  Q   Okay.  And where was it that she fell?

22  A   In the hallway outside the bathroom door.

23  Q   Were her feet still in the bathroom?

24  A   I don't recall if they were or not; I don't

25  think so.

___

p.100 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   Could you tell whether or not from where she

2  was positioned if she had -- was coming from

the

 3  bathroom?

 4  A   I couldn't tell.

5  Q   Was the bathroom light on?

 6  A   Yes.

7  Q   Is it normally kept on overnight?

 8  A   No, it's not.

9  Q   Would it then be fair to assume that she had

10  turned it on?

11  A   She would have to, yes.

12  Q   Okay.  Was there any sound in the bathroom

13  that you heard, either before or after you -- after she

14  fell that would indicate that she might have been using

15  either the sink or the toilet in the bathroom?

16  A   No sounds at all.

17  Q   How was she dressed?

18  A   She had a night shirt on with pants, with --

19  Q   Underpants?

20  A   I think they were sweat pants.

21  Q   Oh, okay.  Sweat pants?

22  A   Yeah.

23  Q   Was the night shirt something she would have

24  slept in?

25  A   Yes.  Yeah.

___

p.101 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   How about the sweat pants?

2  A   She slept in them.

3  Q   She slept in sweat pants and a night shirt?

 4  A   Oh, yeah.

5  Q   Okay.  It's cold in February, oh, yeah.

 6  A   It's cold.

7  Q   So that would have been her sleeping attire?

 8  A   Some nights, yes.

9  Q   Okay.  Were there any other lights on that

10  you noticed beside the bathroom light?

11  A   Yes.

12  Q   What other light?

13  A   It was just a night light that we have out in

14  the kitchen that goes on when it gets dark.

15  Q   Okay.  That wasn't one that someone would

16  have turned on?

17  A   No.  No.

18  Q   Other than that, were there any other lights

19  on?

20  A   No.

21  Q   Did you hear her when she got out of bed?

22  A   No, I did not.

23  Q   Do you know why she got out of bed?

24  A   Looks like she was doing something with the

25  cats.

___

p.102 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   You had some cats?

 2  A   Uh-huh.

 3  Q   That's a yes?

 4  A   Yes.

5  Q   Okay.  Were the cats in the house at the

 6  time?

 7  A   Yes.

8  Q   How many cats did you have?

 9  A   Two.

10 Q   You said something with the cats, what do you

11 mean by that, playing with them or letting them

out or

12  what?

13 A   Could be.  No.  They were indoor cats.

14 Q   Okay.  Why do you say it looks like she was

15 doing something with the cats?

16 A   Because they both came walking out of the

17 bathroom when I ran out there.

18 Q   Oh, okay.

19 A   They could have jumped over her or whatever.

20 I don't know if she was doing something with the cats

21 or not.

22 Q   Oh, okay.

23 A   It just looked to be like she was.

24 Q   Now, what -- when you saw her, do you

know

25 what time it was?

___

p.103 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

 1  A   I believe it was almost five a.m..

2  Q   When you saw her, how was she lying; in other

3  words, on her back or --

 4  A   On her back.

5  Q   Did she make any sound at all before she fell

 6  that you heard?

 7  A   No, not -- I didn't hear any sounds before

 8  she fell.

9  Q   What did you do, then, after you --

10 A   After she fell?

11 Q   After you found her in hallway.

12 A   I was -- I was to her within two seconds.  I

13 seen she stopped breathing, I ran to the phone, called

14 911 within five seconds and panicked.

15 Q   What did you do, then, after that?

16 A   I went over to her, I -- I thought maybe --

17 I just started talking to her and holding her; I didn't

18 know what to do.

19 Q   Did you try any CPR?

20 A   No.

21 Q   You mentioned you saw that she stopped

22 breathing.  What did you do?

23 A   When she stopped breathing?

24 Q   No.  No.  No.  How did you determine that,

25 that she had stopped breathing?

___

p.104 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  A   Because I felt her chest and I heard her gasp

2  once, you know, and --

3  Q   Okay.  Then what happened?

 4  A   I immediately went over and called 911.

5  Q   Okay.  After -- after 911 and after you were

6  holding her, what was -- what then happened,  was the

 7  next thing that happened?

8  A   I laid Terry down, I went over and called

9  my -- I remember my brother-in-law lived in the

same

10 complex; I called him.

11 Q   Called brother-in-law?

12 A   Uh-huh.

13 Q   What is his name?

14 A   Robert.

15 Q   Schindler?

16 A   Correct.

17 Q   And what happened then, who came first?

18 A   He was there within minutes, within -- I'm

19 sorry, seconds, because he just lived right around the

20 corner, and as soon as he came up, the paramedics

21 pulled up.

22 Q   How long did it take the paramedics to get

23 there?

24 A   Four minutes, five minutes; at the most, six,

25 seven minutes.

___

p.105 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   What did you and Robert do, if anything --

 2  A   Nothing.

3  Q   -- before the paramedics got there?

4  A   Nothing we could do.  I didn't know what to

 5  do.

6  Q   Okay.  And then what happened?  It's my

7     understanding that the fire department got there first

8  and then the paramedics came; do you recall that?

 9  A   I don't recall that at all.

10 Q   Okay.

11 A   I'm sorry, yeah, the fire department -- the

12  paramedic fire department --

13 Q   Right.

14 A   -- got there first.

15 Q   Right.  And what happened then?

16 A   They looked her over and started CPR and --

17 Q   Okay.

18 A   And I went out and I was just spastic in the

19 living room.

20 Q   Were there any medications kept in the

21 bathroom?

22 A   None.

23 Q   Where did you keep your medications?

24 A   In the kitchen cabinet in the little bin we

25 had.

___

p.106 of MS Depo Med Mal Pt 4 072792

1  Q   And what medications were present?

And you

2  might have mentioned it before, but on that date.

3 A   On that date, the Valrelease, the Percocet, I

9  Q   What happened then?  How long were the

10 paramedics there, as far as you can recall.

11 administering to your wife?

12 A   I don't recall.  It was just -- they were

13     there working on her for a while.

14 Q   And then what happened?

15 A   And then the ambulance got there and

they

16 transported her to Humana, and I even think the

17 paramedics went with her.

18 Q   Did you then go to Humana?

19 A   I went with them, yes.

7 A.   It was very happy.

8 Q.   Since this incident happened, and it happened on

12 Q.   I'm talking about the fact you found her after her

13 heart attack on the floor about 5:00 in the morning on a

14 Sunday morning; is that right?

15 A.   Correct.

16 Q.   And the paramedics came and they resuscitated her

17 and took her to Humana Hospital; is that correct?

18 A.   Correct.

8 Q.   Do you recall whether or not you had any

9 conversation with her that night?

10 A.   I might have.  I don't remember the conversation.

11 Q.   Okay.  Would it be fair to assume that you don't

12 recall anything out of the ordinary happening as far as your

10 Q    Michael, tell me what occurred on

11 February 25, 1990.

12 A    I got home late from work that night.  I

13 came in the house.  Terri woke up.  She heard me.

14 I gave her a kiss good night.  She gave me a kiss

15 good night.  A few hours later, I was getting out

16 of bed for some reason and I heard this thud.  So

17 I ran out into the hall and I found Terri on the

18 floor.  I knelt down next to her and I turned her

19 over because she sort of fell on her face.  On her

20 stomach and face.

21 I turned her over going, "Terri, Terri.

22 You okay?"  She kind of had this gurgling noise.

23 I laid her down and ran over and called 911.  I

24 was hysterical.  I called 911.  I called her

25 brother, who lived in the same complex as we did.

1 I ran back to Terri.  She was not moving.  I held

2 her in my arms until her brother got there.  I

3 rocked her.  I didn't know what to do.  I was

4 hysterical.  It was a horrible moment.

5 Q    Do you know how long it was before the

 6 paramedics came?

7 A    Had to be a good six minutes or so.

8 Q    What happened when the paramedics came?

9 A    I moved away.  Her brother was sitting

10 in the kitchen around the corner.  I moved away

11 and they started working on Terri.  They put the

12 leads on.  I heard them say she is flat line.

13 Start CPR.  I am standing there going what is

14 happening here?  Why is this happening?  Why isn't

15 her heart beating?  I was just a mess.  I was

16 hysterical.

17 Q    Where did the paramedics take her?

18 A    To Humana Northside, St. Pete.

19 Q    Did you ride with the paramedics?

20 A    Yes.  I did.

CNN LARRY KING LIVE

Interview With Michael Schiavo

Aired October 27, 2003 - 21:00   ET

KING: Let's go back. What happened, Michael, on February 25, 1990?

SCHIAVO: I work late at night. I used to run -- manage restaurants. I came home around 2:00 in the morning, climbed into bed.

KING: No children?

SCHIAVO: No children. Terri and I were trying to have children. We were back and forth to a doctor for a year or so, trying to find out why we weren't getting pregnant.

Climbed into bed. Terri said good night to me. Gave me a kiss. She woke up, said good night, gave me a kiss. I gave her a kiss back. I'd say, about 4:30 in the morning, I was, for some reason, getting out of bed and I heard a thud in the hall. I race out there and Terri was laying in the hall. I went down to get her. I thought, Well, maybe she just tripped or whatever. I rolled her over and she was lifeless. And it almost seems like she had this last breath.

So I held her in my arms, and I'm trying to shake her up. I ran over, I called 911. Her brother happened to live in the same complex as we did. I called him. I went back to Terri. And from there, six, seven minutes later, the paramedics...

KING: And the way she is now is the way she was that night?

SCHIAVO: That night she was totally unconscious.

Michael can't seem to square his time of arrival home from work, whether he said anything to Terri or not, whether he kissed her or not, whether he held her or not, turned her over or not. Too bad he can't keep his story straight every time. Which account does he want us to believe? All of them?

I have it in text format Juan. MS is a lying POS. The paramedics clearly state that Terri was lying face down when they arrived.

I'll post the text of the police report.

Byrd's assistant was going to have Johnnie Byrd read JIM KING'S remarks which appeared in Sunday's sptimes.com under STATE. Byrd's assistant happened to have the paper but he hadn't seen that section yet. They aren't amused with KING up in Tallahassee. I wish they would force him out early in a bloodless coup or something.

**** This investigation was originally conducted by myself and then-probationary officer Rodney Tower. The date of the investigation was
February 25, 1990. The report was typed and uploaded into the Police
Information computer system by me at the end of that shift. The report was transferred to microfilm some time ago and is no longer stored in P.I.

Similarly, no entry exists in the P.I. system that this report was ever
generated or uploaded. The quality of the microfilm onto which the report was
transferred has degenerated; the report can be read on the microfilm screen but it is largely unreadable in printed form. Due to the circumstances of
this case, I have reproduced the report in its entirety so the record can be
preserved. This new entry is absolutely accurate as to the content of the
narrative, which could be easily read on the microfilm screen. The captions
are also easily readable on the microfilm screen and they, too, were
reproduced accurately as to content. Only small. technical aspects of the
captions are different because the report writing format has changed since
1990. The date and times listed in the first and last captions reflect the
date and times recorded during the original investigation, not the date and
times this report was reproduced, which was Wednesday, October 22, 2003.
Below is the narrative as it was written on February 25, 1990 ****

WRITER RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS IN REFERENCE TO PARAMEDICS NEEDING ASSISTANCE ON A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.
UPON ARRIVAL, WRITER SPOKE WITH FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC J. RADJESKI. HE STATED HE RESPONDED TO THE ADDRESS FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THEY FOUND A SUBJECT IN QUESTION (THERESA) LYING FACE DOWN AND UNCONSCIOUS HALFWAY IN AND HALFWAY OUT OF A BATHROOM. SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO Ht1MANA NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL BY SUNSTAR MEDIC ONE AMBULANCE #328 (J. CAMPBELL AND J. EISENBRANDT).

SHE WAS FOUND WITH HER HEAD FACING EAST OUT INTO A HALLWAY AND HER FEET AND LEGS POINTING WEST ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HE STATED SHE SHOWED NO OUTWARD SIGNS OF VIOLENCE. THE POLICE WERE CALLED BECAUSE OF HER AGE AND BECAUSE THE SITUATION SEEMED UNUSUAL.
WRITER FOUND NOTHING UNUSUAL INSIDE THE APARTMENT. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF A STRUGGLE OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD INDICATE A CRIME HAD BEEN COMMITTED. VARIOUS BOTTLES OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION WERE PRESENT IN THE KITCHEN; HOWEVER, ONLY TWO WERE PRESCRIBED TO THERESA.

WRITER SECURED THE APARTMENT AND BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THE HOSPITAL. WRITER SPOKE WITH THERESA’ S HUSBAND (MICHAEL) WHO STATED HE WAS AWAKENED THIS MORNING WHEN HE HEARD A THUD. HE THOUGHT HIS WIFE HAD FALLEN DOWN AND GOT UP TO CHECK ON HER. HE FOUND HER UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR AND CALLED PARAMEDICS.

MICHAEL STATED HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THERESA. THERE
HAVEN 'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS AT HOME WHICH WOULD LEAD TO HER WANTING TO TRY SUICIDE AND THEY HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY. SHE IS ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN ITEMS BUT KNOWS WHAT NOT TO INGEST. SHE DOESN'T HAVE A HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE. SHE HAS HAD RECENT "FEMALE" PROBLEMS AND IS SEEING HER GYNECOLOGIST ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE HAS BEEN TIRED LATELY AND NOT FEELING WELL.

WHEN WRITER OBSERVED THERESA SHE WAS STILL UNCONSCIOUS AND ON A RESPIRATOR. MEDICAL PERSONNEL ADVISED THAT SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE UPON ARRIVAL. A DRUG SCREEN REVEALED NO AMOUNTS OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS PRESENT IN HER SYSTEM AND HER BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL MEASURED AT "LESS THAN 10", WHICH A NURSE DESCRIBED AS BEING THE BOTTOM OF THE SCALE. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION BY WRITER ALSO REVEALED
ST. PETERSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT
PAGE :2

.-.----
-"
ST. PETERSBURG POLICE DEPARTMSNT NO SIGNS OF TRAUMA TO HER HEAD OR FACE.
WRITER REMAINED AT THE HOSPITAL FOR THE OUTCOME OP THE CAT SCAN. THE SCAN
REVEALED NO -MID-LINE SHIFT" OF THE BRAIN WHICH WOULD INDICATE AN OBVIOUS ABNORMALITY. ADDITIONAL TESTING IS NECESSARY TO DETECT A POSSIBLE ANEURYSM OR PULMONONARY EMB0LISM.
90-024846
WRITER GAVE MICHAEL A BUSINESS CARD WITH THE OFFENSE NUMBER. HE WAS TOLD THAT WRITER WOULD CALL FOR AN UPDATE OF HER CONDITION AND NO FURTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN.

A HOMOCIDE but nobody died. They never investigated this as a homocide but I believe that MICHAEL CALLED IT IN THAT TERRI WAS DEAD. He called Terri's dad and told him that Terri was dead.

Isn't that odd? It's like she was dead and then she wasn't but now he wants her to die. ALL THESE MEN IN PINELLAS-PASCO COUNTY WANT HER TO DIE. Do they all get a cut after she's gone or did they already split the winnings.

The Senator is a very wise man.

Thank you for contacting Senator King.

A little haughty condescension for the mere peasants (ie: voters who put King in office, thus got Becky her job), huh? How dare *anyone* question their omniscience or divine right over life and death? To me, that's what comes across in Becky's email, more than anything else. King's arrogance must be rubbing off.

I saw that several hours ago, and have been in a slow, smoldering burn ever since.

I do have an evil mind at times but has any one thought of the possibility that they might also be planning on selling Terri's organs...I think her heart and liver and lots of others might be able to be transplanted and that is the reason Michael has obtained the courts permission for an immediate creamation....There would be lots of bucks to add to what they have if this is part of their plot.....told you my mind can get evil sometimes especially when dealing with evil people

Terri's best friend said the same thing. She testified that she told Terri to come spend the night with her or she would come spend the night there, but that she was worried about what could happen. Terri told her that she would just pretend to be sleeping when her husband got in and not to worry. This is in the 2000 trial testimony.

vthey might also be planning on selling Terri's organs

An organ like her brain, I'm thinking.

One of the doctors who testified for Michael is associated with a teaching hospital in Ohio which has a brain bank.

A doctor from Florida (Greer?) also testified for Michael and is associated with a teaching hospital in Florida which has a brain bank.

Since some (experimental?) work had been done on Terri in California, and she had no real rehab after that, Terri would be the perfect control case.

>>Since some (experimental?) work had been done on Terri in California, and she had no real rehab after that, Terri would be the perfect control case.

I think its safe to say Michael will fight any attempt
of ANY medical professional from studying Terri's
remains if she should die while under his control.

And a human body is mostly water, I can't recall exactly...
but lets just say 90%. So after death by dehydration,
pretty much all the organs are ruined, and not suitable
for transplant.

So that also means if/when euthanasia becomes common and
'accepted' they will eventually find some other means
to bring about the 'useless eater's demise.

Keep an eye on China -execution of prisoners, and
Holland for whatever methods they are using.

Yesterday, April 26, 2004, Attorney Patricia Anderson filed a Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto in the guardianship court on behalf of Terri Schiavo's parents.

This action asks the courts for relief by directing Terri's husband/guardian, Michael Schiavo to 'demonstrate his authority to act on behalf of the Ward or in derogation of her rights retained under Florida law'.

The full text, in Acrobat Reader format, can be found on http://zimp.org/documents/042604prowar.pdf.

What a bunch of evildoers they are to keep her family away.
Oh, how her mother's arms must ache to kiss her forehead and brush back her hair.

Terri, dear, hang in there, we are all praying and fighting for you.

Details re: Michael's comments or re: Johnnie Byrd's office? Details are on an earlier Terri thread and this was from a broadcast of highway2health.net wherein SOMEONE CLOSE TO THE MATTER stated the above. If you want access to their archives, there's a sign up fee but you can hear for yourself that this was reported but never investigated as a homicide. WHY WOULD THEY CALL IT A HOMICIDE UNLESS THEY WERE TOLD THERE WAS A DEAD PERSON?

The falling out with the family happened after approximately a year and a half. I believe the family stated that on Oprah. Michael was controlling EARLY ON.

Harvesting is big business. It's definitely an off shoot of the hemlock industry. They work hard to convince people to sign their lives away and then to DONATE THEIR ORGANS while they're at it. It's not evil to think such things. It's realistic to go there and also realistic to discuss LIFE INSURANCE. Remember Michael's live-in mom of his 2 kids IS IN THE INSURANCE BUSINESS OUT OF THEIR HOUSE. JERGER INSURANCE. This stuff is on the earlier threads the big one CALL TO ACTION and the 2nd big CALL TO ACTION. They're on my links page. Click on my name to locate all discussed in MINUTE DETAIL and after diligent research by hundreds of ferepers.

Remember the movie Coma? The victim there was TOM SELLECK before he became famous. He was kidnapped because he was a fine specimen and they harvested his organs. That french actress was in it too but I can't remember her name. Maybe Michael Douglas was in it as well.

They just HONORED JIM KING. His oil portrait was unveiled yesterday. HIS PORTRAIT WILL HANG IN THE HALLS OF THE CAPITAL. I hope that you email Jeb that you are voting independent because of JIM KING. We're trying to complain to Gov. Bush and to other legislators about JIM KING. I wish he would LEAVE NOW INSTEAD OF IN NOVEMBER. I'd pay him to leave early. Visit myflorida.com. You can email Jeb and everyone else from there. The senate link is there too.

JIM KING IS A SICKENING INDIVIDUAL.

What ALSO REALLY BUGS ME about the Larry King interview was THAT HIMO heard a "thud" and HE KNEW the thud was Terri. HAD TERRI BEEN A THUD PREVIOUSLY in the hall so he recognized that it had to be Terri AGAIN?

Do we have that from the LKL transcript? I don't know about you but I NEVER ASSUME that a noise is A FAMILY MEMBER. I investigate before JUMPING TO SUCH A SPECIFIC CONCLUSION. He INSTANTLY knew the THUD was Terri. He knew it was Terri because he participated imo.

THANKS TO FREEPERS FROM IOWA, FROM TAMPA, FL; FROM ALABAMA and from CALIFORNIA whose Terri bumper stickers are IN THE MAIL.

I have 8 more Terri bumper stickers for use, not souvenirs. Freepmail me for my address. They're free. Just send an SASE. FV

We need a petition set up for people to sig with their vital stats which will sumbit directly to the GOV and Byrd. The legislature can recall him, if I remember rightly. Somebody want to set a petition up online?

I'm probably confused again, BUT...

The information I have on Jim King indicates that the only thing he is "leaving" at the end of this year is his position as Senate President (because that position is only held for 2 years, then rotated). He was last elected to the FL Senate in 2002, and won't be required to run for reelection until 2006.

As I said, I'm probably confused, but when you refer to his as "leaving" are you just referring to the position of Senate President?

Thanks!

Yes, leaving as Senate President. Jim King is a torn man and he's made some off the wall, another planet type comments lately. I do feel for the Floridians in his district.

Hi, windchime. This has been a troll free thread but since the latest filing by the Schindlers, the trolls are back on new threads.
