So Jupiter is going through a period of global warming at the same time the Earth appears to be? Those pesky Martians and their SUVs!

It's all the fault of Dubya's friends in the Texas Oil Industry who drilled in Jupiter without an environmental impact study.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee voted to approved this drilling several years ago, but later recanted her vote due to a misunderstanding as to which planet was involved.

While Jupiter generates much of its own heat, I wonder if any of this climactic change has to do with solar cycles. Might help explain some of the global warming that may be going on here on earth.

So Jupiter is going through a period of global warming at the same time the Earth appears to be?

Another reason 'rats don't like the space program. If by studying other planets, scientists can pin the blame for "global warming" on the sun or other extraterrestrial causes, the campaign against logging, the SUV, or other people-friendly technologies will be lost.

Yep, those pesky internal combustion engines of Jupiter are taking their toll. I think it's all those gas-powered leaf-blowers. Hell, who needs those? In my days they made a lot less noise and were called "rakes."

Wait a minute! It's okay to contaminate Jupiter, but not okay to contaminate Europa?

My head hurts. Pass me a tootsie roll.
