Why Kerry Will Win (Joe Farah wallowing in the fever swamps of kookery)
WorldNetDaily ^ | April 21, 2004 | Joseph Farah

Posted on 04/21/2004 2:36:33 PM PDT by quidnunc

I have bad news for Bush supporters gloating at the latest polls showing the president expanding his lead over John Kerry.

I hate to rain on your parade, but this race is far from over.

Bush partisans are giddy over the fact that Kerry's campaign seems to be sputtering — that he can't seem to capture much attention nor generate much excitement.

It's true that Kerry is a colorless, humorless, unlikable patrician.

Nevertheless, despite those characteristics, he's within the margin-of-error range in most polls. It's astounding, really. And that's why Bush is going to lose.

-snip-

It gives me no pleasure to make this prediction. While I believe Bush has been a failure as a president in many ways and cannot support him for re-election, I know Kerry will prove disastrous for the country.

Many people tell me I should support Bush for this reason alone.

I can't do that. I won't do that. I won't cast a vote for a candidate who doesn't really support the Constitution of the United States, even though he takes an oath to uphold it. I will not vote for a candidate for president who increased spending — not just defense spending, but all spending — so dramatically. I don't believe we'll ever get real political choices as Americans if we keep making the mistake of supporting the lesser of two evils.

Kerry is a dangerous man — and I think he's going to be the next president.

So we should allow the greater of two evils?
Wish I'd thought of that!

Farah- two weeks ago was calling for the carpet bombing of Fallujah and the mass killing of Iraqi civilians. It is a relief to me that such a "Christian" doesn't support Bush.

Well, since this is from Farah, I'm now 100% confident Bush will be re-elected.

Farrah needs to get a grip.

I don't see a lot of men voting for a metrosexual flip flopper.

Mr. Farah makes some very valid points, as always. President Bush has been a failure in many ways............particularly to the Constitutionalist wing of what once was the Republican Party.

Bush is very vulnerable on the economy as well as the war. Kerry, (basically reporting to the same controlling establishment), will do like FDR on the economy & Wilson on the war................that is carry on with the same policies as their predecessors but avoid the blame.

I think the more that gets revealed about Kerry the less likely he will be able to pull the number to defeat Bush. We haven't heard the entire story of vietnam service and that is going to turn out quite differently then he and his buddies been having us to believe.

"It's true that Kerry is a colorless, humorless, unlikable patrician."

And those are his good points!

Seriously, though: without Ralphie Nader, Bush is in trouble.
The "undecideds" usually break for the challenger, which would put "F'ya" well up over Dubya.

After Farah said it was good that the woman in Houston ran over her cheating husband, I realized he was nuts.

curious, very curious...bush is a 'failure' (but not quite a 'disaster', sic) and kerry as noted WILL be a disaster....and the man will vote for kerry......he needs to pull his head out of that nether region behind him.....

Welcome, Joe, now you will know what it is to live in Canada by not casting your vote. That is O.K. Joe, go ahead, vote in another "senile" peanut farmer in the name of 'Hanoi John' Kerry. Do you remember Jimmy? Get ready to pay over 50% in taxes. Get ready to wait 7 hours in the emergency room before seeing a doctor. Let's have your military fighting out of paper bags. Welcome to a socialist/Liberal Canada. Get ready to never owning your house (our interest is NON deductible), we pay lots and lots of taxes. Our roads are full of wholes the size of Kerry’s head. We are broke, Joe! Taxes, taxes, taxes. Free lousy Medicare, Joe…Come on up!

Well, when some liberal says "don't tell me you're one of those rabid conservatives who reads World Net Daily!", it is easy to reply with an indignant "hell, no!".

Farah is an idiot. President Bush is now leading 51.5% to 41.5% (in the most favorable poll for JFK) over Senator Kerry in those states that Gore lost in 2000.

NEWSFLASH: those are the only states that President Bush has to "carry" to win his re-election by 18 electoral votes.

So the *national* polls showing GWB with a mere 3 to 6% lead don't matter. Sure, California and New York will make the *popular* vote close, but that ain't how elections are decided here in the U.S.

Like I said, Farah is an idiot. I D I O T.

On the plus side, he's probably still got some cheap Y2K supplies for sale from back when he was predicting that "major disaster."
