Exactly. Terrorists excel in the killing and maiming of non-military non-combatants. Terrorists should be shot, blown up, run over, or killed by any other expedient means. Terrorists should not be prosecuted.

Thank you!
I was hoping my John Kyl would be on there, but this is good.

In fairness, I was Googling to find out the rest of the Senators and found this identical article at the Kansas City Star, LA Times and Newsday.
The CNN article posted now with all 11 names did not come up in my search, but they reported it, too.

Well, well, well. Finally some evidence of an internal spinal skeletal structure from the Republicans in the Senate. Who'd have thunk it?

Geeeeeee .. maybe they got the message from my 4-page snail mail letter (to 17 Senators - intel and judiciary) .. WHERE IS YOUR "skill and daring, discipline and endurance". That quote came from Oliver North in his book, War Stories. Col. North made that statement about the young Americans who beat the butcher of Baghdad.
But .. I know how demographics work, and I'm quite confident I was not the only one pricking them in the side.

I just sent a letter off to Senator Hatch (not that it will matter with this RINO).

It galls me that these Senators praise Gorelick precisely for the mentality that allowed 9-11 to happen; that is, the mentality that terrorism is a law enforcement problem that should be prosecuted and dealt with by handing down "harsher sentences". These a$$-clown Senators better get a clue.
Gorelick is a scumbag who, no doubt acting at the direction of Hillary Clinton, erected "the wall" and effectively aided and abetted in the terrorist murder of 3,000 American citizens. So cut with the pandering "praise", Senators.
What's that smell?

Bloody Sam, thanks for the list, and Cyber, thanks for writing them. I've been phoning and emailing the Commission, but haven't contacted the Senate, since both my Senators are very partisan - and deceitful - rats.

Again, you're right on it. The Senators are applauding someone who participated in the failure to protect our country, and praising her while she participates in covering up her role, and while she unfairly tries to blame others for her stupidity.
To: princess leah
"
How come this report doesn't state 51 Republican senators called for Gorelick to testify as well as step down from the panel?"
dang good question and I just posed it to John Cornyn in a fax thanking him for having the courage to sign it.
