In my first post on this I stated that if Tami broke company policy, firing her was not inappropriate.

The censorship to which I refer is the Pentagon policy about such photos in the first place. It is wrong. It is motivated by a fear that they will lose support for the war if people see the human cost.

Censorship is usually wrong. It is wrong when our government makes policies like this, it is wrong when liberal groups try to ban classic literature because it doesn't fit modern "politically correct" sensibilities.

Now you have a point about hating Manson, Dahmer, etc, but sharing this photo is a far cry from mass murder.

Most people would not bother to check the manifest to see the names of the soldiers in those caskets.

As for Liberal, Conservative, informed, etc. I read Rush Limbaugh and Al Franken. Ann Coulter and Eric Alterman. Ann Coulter really made a point in "Slander" when she wrote that name calling does not raise the level of debate in this country. Sadly, based on what I am seeing on this site, Conservatives are guilty of the same practices she condemns in Liberals.
