This pattern of nosocomial spread due to lack of early identification of SARS as a possible diagnosis is very reminiscent of the outbreak in 2003.As is the failure to restrict travel soon enough.

Thank you very much for all the information you bring to us. As I mentioned earlier, I am not as concerned about SARS this year, but who knows? I especially appreciate the dates of infection and dates of illness. I had been thinking there was a long incubation, a matter of weeks, and it seems so.
