ETA to Attack Tourists in Spain
IRIB News
2004/04/27
Madrid- April 26 - The underground Basque separatist group Eta has threatened attacks against tourists in Spain, the daily La Razon reported Tuesday.
Eta sent English language letters containing the threat to embassies in Madrid, including Germany, Austria and Belgium, the newspaper reported.
The letters stated the countries would be responsible for what might happen to their citizens.
The threat applied to all of spain except for the northeastern region of Catalonia, where eta has declared a ceasefire.
Eta has staged more than 100 bombings in tourist resorts since 1979. Tourists have been injured, but not killed.
The group has been unable to weaken the vitally important tourism industry in Spain, which receives more than 50 million travellers annually.

The islamic terrorists got what they wanted. To assume that lesson would escape the notice of ETA terrorists was a conclusion that only a ... well, liberal, could reach.

If ....and that's a big IF....if Americans would please stay home from Spain and France.....
IF we only could act resolute about things, the France's and Spain's of the world would get the picture....

Since the election, Spain was off my list of tourist spots anyway.
But the best part for me: it runs the economy of Spain for the Socialist-run Government and for the people of Spain that voted for him.
Luckily, Ansar has a nice job in New York that pays well.

Oh darn...I wonder if they are as surprised as I am?? Oh well.....they still have the French to play with.

Spain might as well just drop it's collective pants
and bend over. Here's hoping the raving horde uses a lot of astro glide.
