Bombs going off aren't going to terrorize people.Well, historically there has been bombing without terror and terror without bombs. Terrorism is arbitrary war against innocent people to achieve capitulation. Terror is just one tool of the Islamists to achieve their ends.
The WU were naive fools, but the anitwar extremists today, the enemy within, is much more dangerous than the WU dreamed.

PJ, this was in the theatres here in New York months ago. Saw it and it was worth the price of admission. Only Rudd came close to apologizing for their heinous crimes (I said "came close" not that he actually apologized).

I forgot about Jeopardy Champion Brian Flanagan, who had the sense to leave the organization when things got really crazy...

Only Rudd came close to apologizing for their heinous crimes (I said "came close" not that he actually apologized). Nope. Brian Flanagan actually did a complete and sincere apology. Also Flanagan is the only one to have a real job now. He runs a bar in NY. I don't know the bar but if you find out it might be worth a visit.

Because it shows them today, after 9/11, and some of them realize what they did was terrorism. Some of them now have second thoughts and some are the same idiots they always were.
This film is important for conservatives to see. Most of these people are smart. Our adversary revealed.

I know the bar is in the West Village and that I have been there once (it looked very familiar). The problem is is that it was a few years back and I "smoked my mind" that night (in the words of Kris Kristoferson), so I can't remember the name.
Time for another West Village pub crawl...

I saw it twice when it was at the Film Forum. Bet they didn't show the orgy scene on PBS.

I read some excerpts from Ayers' memoirs which were published just before 9/11...he talked about setting off a bomb in the Pentagon (which didn't kill anyone, no thanks to him) in a gloating tone.
To: HamiltonJay
And yet............in the beginning, there were only about 1,500 hard core Bolsheviks who overthrew the Tsarist Government.
My position on Dorhn and Ayers is that were someone to do away with them some dark night, it would be but condign justice.

Yep. Some of your favorite people.

You think the weather underground were in the same league as the Bolsheviks?
I'm sorry, can't agree.
To: HamiltonJay
No, decidedly not in the samre league. The Bolsheviks were not a bunch of bored rich kids ideology addled by their parents and professors.
The point is that absolute numbers don't necessarily make a revolution.
Were Dohrn and Ayers to be dispatched in a grisley Charles Manson kind of way by a member of one of the families they damaged, I would not shed a tear.

I must tell you that many of them were committed communists and continue to undermine this nation. They grew up and found another way to work slowly and insidiously.
