Interesting, if true. Is there corroboration of these claims of widespread sexual abuse in Arab society?

Well, I can say I've known a couple of people that have spent serious time in the Persian Gulf area - Saudi/Kuwait/Qatar/etc and they all seemed to think so.
Just anecdotal, of course, on my part, but my ex-girlfriend, for example, had some really horrible stories about what would befall children that wandered out of the western enclaves in Saudi.

Yes, in fairness, this was my question too. The author presents a theory backed up by one person's anecdotal experiences. Even if everything he (Mr. Shoebat, felicitous name!) says is 100% true, that doesn't go too far for proving a theory about a whole society.
However, I'm quite prepared to believe almost anything about the Muslims. It is fairly well established that they both tell lies and believe them easily. The religion as practiced is quite obviously and undeniably suppressive of women, to an extent not demonstrated (insofar as I know) by any other religion in the developed world.
Let my put it harshly this way, maybe they don't "masturbate"' their infant sons, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they did.

Strange, I don't hear of such things happening in Arab CHRISTIAN societies. Maybe it's not an ethnic thing, maybe its a purely religious/cult thing?
