Thank you for the ping, Eaker. I have been on the Troop Prayer thread since the 'wars' started. I pray every day for our Troops and those who did this don't deserve to be called "Our Troops".

Thanks for the post, Long Cut, and thanks for the ping, Eaker.

This former river Sailor (PBR boat captain, and I handled POWs more than once) repudiates the abuse, and joins the national outcry for a reasoned but righteous display of our indignation.

I'm confident that we will speak as one people, and our uproar will show reasonable people everywhere that this is not representative of our great country. I'm ashamed of these servicepersons, but still proud that I served.

The unreasonable people who continue to scream about it will just be showing us which side they're on...

Thanks again, Long Cut, for expressing so well the outrage that leaves most of us speechless!
