Some parents are upset over the timing of a school field trip that sends Broward County students to Orlando theme parks in the middle of Gay Days.

Gay Days, which is expected to bring about 140,000 people to the Orlando area in early June, is advertised as "creating a gay and lesbian atmosphere" throughout the region by organizing "theme park visits, over-the-top dance parties, and round-the-clock good times."

Anyone planning any sort of student/kid trip to the Orlando area during "Gay Days" is an idiot - or trying to indoctrinate the kids to the queer lifestyle.

On the other hand - my personal opinion is that the default approval and support of "GAY DAYS" by Disney is enough reason to not patronize that theme park.

There was a thread here on FR about Dollywood sending a cease and decist letter to a homosexual gaydays planned for dollywood. disney should have done that years ago.

Disney gives overt support and approval. The travel agents get blocked rooms and special parties are planned for the event. The event organizers also have permission to use the Disney logos.

Disney would have a far more difensible position in this whole mess if THEY WOULD WARN PARENTS!!! Disney's refusal to warn parents is inexcusable.

The only effort they have put into warning normal people is to offer non-red shirts to unwary guests who blunder into the park during this STD event.

Adolf Hitler. He put the gays in concentration camps.

I don't agree with Gay Days at Disney World, but segregation of people is pretty horrific.

Solution to this problem: Keep kids away from all Disney, all the time. No problem.

Yep.. 4 kids (13,11,9,7).. haven't been there in 5 1/2 years.. too much cr#p both in the studio product and "political" statements.. I go to Busch Gardens, Universal, Cocoa Beach (NASA), SeaWorld, Arabian Nights, Dolly Partons Horse Theater, and about 1000 other things within 100 miles of Orlando.

Of course living in Florida makes it easy to find out the alternatives.

screw Disney...

Education Writer

Notice how this writer quotes only the homosexual teacher as the voice of reason.
Notice furter how this "writer" INTENTIONALLY leaves out this homosexual activist connection.
Notice how his involvement in the GSA clubs is conveniently omitted.

This reporter is trying to do a whitewash by omission.
Who makes this decision on the Board?
Could it be the board member with the homosexual son?

This reporter is protecting someone in an election year. (is this reporter a homosexual like many at the sential?)

How about the simple courtesy of warning parents? It would take no effort to say that a homosexual event is happening at the park on june X.

It would even be fair to say this is a sexual event in a children's park. It is after all centered on the sexual behavior of those fetishists.

How anyone in this country could not be aware of "Sodomite" day at Disney is beyond me...
it should be called, "National Pedophile Day at Disney." We quit going to them both, and no longer spend money on anything connected with these animals. Ya got to take a stand sometime... just look at todays headlines regarding Disney refusing to market Michael Moore's new movie... they are finally getting it! Enough! ;)

Imagine the quandry that Disney would have if they were to lobby against a proposal for a law requiring such "open to the public" parks to warn parents of sexually oriented events like "gay days". (Disney has full warning since they give discounts to homosexual tour groups for this event.) Mr. Eisner would have to explain his opposition to warning parents.

This time also coincides with the end of school. Perhaps those who support Gay Days also like the influx of young crowds. After all, there has to be some motivation behind choosing an expensive children's playground for a homosexual rights celebration.

Disney's outrage over distributing Michael Moore's campaign ad is a bit of hypocrisy and too little too late. Last year they publicly denied any financial ties to the project (even though they were revealed to be liars at the time).

The truth will out.

Boycott Disney (they already supported the project).

He put the gays in concentration camps.

Some homosexuals were sent to concentration camps. Reportedly there was a gay subculture among Nazis.

That is what I meant, that their hypocrisy isn't going to save their sorry investment... a little too late. No matter what they change now, will not bring us back. We've stopped with Disney since the late 90's when my nephews who worked there began telling us what was going on in the parks. Disgusting and profane.

Actually it is Roy Disney's Save Disney Campaign that struck a chord. The problem is that there are two groups here. One groups mere presense at the park causes the second group to not attend. This means the park will cater to those providing the dollars.

The only way to have stopped this was for disney to stop offering any discounts to the promoter group. As it is, based on pictures posted here at FR, the homosexuals take great efforts to wear sexually oriented T-Shirts and wear attire that pushes the so called disney dress code.

Disney should take a page from Gibson's Passion. Disney needs to be LESS PC. Then need to remember their roots and realize their buisness is not rooted in homosexual sex.

BTW you should have your nephew communicate his observations to the http://www.savedisney.com website run by Roy Disney.

He is still pushing to remove Eisner.

Eisner was demoted in name only. His position was split into two parts and and is board pal was given one of his jobs. The name escapes me but it was a former democrat party majority senator.

Roy Disney said they were just shuffling the chairs on a sinking ship. He has survived, for now.

The key will be to get the rest of teh cronies out and have a proper succession plan in place. Unlike GE, Eisner has made zero provisions to have continuous effective leadership.

Odd how the left does not condemn what Castro does to homosexuals. He quarenteens them, literally.

Parents were told in advance that it was Gay Day at disney. I was there as a participant. I did see some things that I felt were inappropriate, but to come up with a blog about sexual practices going on in bathrooms? Get a grip. Most of us were inconspicous, enjoying the park with our friends and loved one's. This is not the 1950's and we need to stop allowing biases based on fabricated tidbits such as this to fester on old fears of being gay, as that of being a disease. If the parents were truly upset they should have talked with a park employee they would have addressed the issues at hand professionally and quickly! I did ask a parent who stayed at the Gay days host hotel what he thought about his son seeing all the guys dressed oddly and showing each other appropriate affection, he stated "as long as he gets the answers from me and not a stranger, let him be as inquisitive as he wants to be, some of his questions will be answered when he is old enough to understand."
