2.9/11 would still have happened, but Saddam and the Taliban would still be in power.
3.Gore would be asking the UN for more resolutions against terrorism.
4.Airline security would involve strip searches.
5.NO airline pilots would be armed (not too different from the Bush Presidency)
6.Medicare would be expanded to include all the welfare bums, thus requiring a huge tax increase.
7. No tax cuts would be forthcoming.
8.Hillary Clinton would be the Secretary of State.
9.Ted Kennedy would be the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
10.Chuck Schumer would be the head of the BATF.
11.Jimmy Carter would be the Secretary of Defense.

And of course there are the 6 UN resolutions threatening action against Afghanistan for their sheltering of al Qaeda after 9/11, plus 4 more resolutions against Afghanistan for the LA chemical attack on Christmas Day 2001 that took out 2000 more lives.
Israel is fighting for its life, in danger of going down. The Gore-Lieberman administration, highly sensitive to charges from Arab leaders that the VP's religion is inflaming the Arab Street against the US, and to charges from the ACLU that Joe's religion automatically taints any policies the government may have towards Israel with the stench of "Breaching the Holy Wall Of Separation Between Church And State," has reacted by going in the opposite direction and doing everything possible to prove they don't favor Israel. The only public communications between the White House and Israel are frequent warnings by Secretary of State Reno of retaliation by the US against Israel if they try to use their nukes in any last ditch attempts to survive.
All the networks other than FOX will laud Gore for the fact that American prestige at the UN has never been higher.
The Justice Dept. is lauded by the media for the thousands of Hate Speech criminals they have put behind bars - mostly Conservative Christian pastors who refuse to buy into the GLBT agenda - as a result of a new law that they couldn't ram through Congress, but went ahead and implemented anyway with the support of the Supreme Court, who helpfully found another penumbra in the Constitution supporting the White House's right to bypass Congress in these kinds of matters.
The Armed Forces have been shrinking rapidly ever since mandatory "Sensitivity Training" was instituted and GLBT civilian "Hate Speech Eradicators" have been assigned to every unit with special enforcement powers.

4. 3/11 would have been a dirty bomb in Chicago.
5. 6/11 would have shut down Houston, Dallas, Seattle and San Francisco.
The UN would be convened and would continue to pass resolutions against OBL. OBL would produce weekly tapes. Ther would be talk of turning his tapes into a reality show. 5a. Advisors would be sent to Afghanistan to help one of the war lords.
The new military doctrine would be "limited, proportional response".
Troop strength would be increased as the draft was reinstituted to make up for the large number of military personnel that had resigned after the new diversity programs had been put in place (destroying the careers of long term military people).
In his fourth year, the number of casualaties would be 34,000 and we would pull out with helos pulling people of the top of the Kabul Hilton as Al Qaeda broke down the doors.
6. The US would enter a 15 year depression that would bring down the rest of the world economy.
7. Because of 6, regional wars would be a daily reality with Asia, Africa and The Mid East being the main theatres of action. One of these wars would become Nuclear (NK?)
8. The UN would be given approximately 8 to 10% of the US landmass as Biodiversity Reserves. Citizens would not be allowed into these areas, just eco whackos.
9. Taxes would be raised about 10% to combat the Depression, further throwing the economy into a tailspin.
10. Walter Mondale would be appointed the Chairman of the Federal Reserve.
11. Conservative talk radio would be demonized and would be ended.
11a. The CEO of Air America would have a cabinet position and a budget to match.
12. AlGore would announce the beginning of negotiations for the US to enter the EU as a full member.
12. The Un would be put in control of our land use and would draw lines around our cities outside of which develpment would be forbidden. Projects that would house 5,000 people per acre would be funded. (this is actually a real proposal from Clinton's term.)
13. AlGore would finish his term defeated 50 zip and would have been known as the only President with a nancy-boy lisp.
President Al Gore would be facing a serious challenge in the Democratic primaries.

True. Had it come to that. But I think that after 9/11 there would have been some hand wringing, posturing, then some “conflict resolution” work.

14. Healthcare would be nationalized, destroying the investments of millions of retired people. It would never really get off the ground leaving many people dying due to delays in the federal decision process.
15. Gun control would limit rifles to shotguns and single shot 22s. Pistols would be banned and turned in.
16. Crime would explode in our cities due to 15.
17. Tax rates would be "harmonized" with the EU further depressing the economy.
18. Chips will be implanted in new borns that will identify them for life (IRS proposal from 1976).
19. Speech against homos will become a jailable offense. Many Christian pastors will go to jail.
Although the two lists I've written seem a bit farfetched, many of the items listed are proposals put forward by the Demos in the past. We are very lucky to have had W in the Presidency.
20. Pedophilia will become legal or will be nothing more than a misdeanor.
21. Age of consent for same sex sex will be reduced to the age of 14.
I could go on forever.....AlGore is a mess.
The House of Windsor would have fallen, as Tony Blair declared Britain to be an Islamic Republic. Shari`ah would be declared in France.
