Hillary: Bush Making America 'Unrecognizable'

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton warned yesterday that if President Bush is re-elected, the United States will change beyond recognition by the end of his second term. "If by some fluke this administration is elected for four more years, we will not recognize our country," Clinton told delegates at New York's state Democratic convention in Manhattan.
Calling President Bush's policies the product of "the most radical right-wing agenda" in recent memory, Clinton said that November's vote "may be the most important election any of us has seen in our entire lifetimes."
The former first lady addressed state Democrats who were gathered to nominate Sen. Chuck Schumer for a second term. But even Sen. Schumer had his sights on President Bush, accusing the White House of nominating "right-wing ideologues" to the federal bench and acting "like a bull in a china shop" on foreign policy, according to The Associated Press.
New York State Democratic conventions are tradionally vitriloic in tone.
When Sen. Clinton was nominated four years ago after a campaign that demonized her then-opponent, Rudy Giuliani, as soft on police brutality, her delegates spit on an American-flag-carrying police honor guard.
Clinton later apologized to the police in writing for the spitting incident.

New York State Democratic conventions are tradionally vitriloic in tone. I wonder if the Boy Scouts declined to participate this year for fear of being spat upon.
Hate is not a family value, but it certainly is cherished by the democrats.

Your left wing has forced your agenda on this country for too many years. We want our country back.

I agree - it is the most important election in which I have or will vote! We have to do everything we can to reelect President Bush.

"If by some fluke this administration is elected for four more years, we will not recognize our country." On a serious note, I hope that the next time Clinton is interviewed she is asked to specifically explain what she meant by her statement.
Clinton was obviously playing to the fears of her audience, but just what is it that she worries will render the country unrecognizable? The Iraq War, for which she voted? The Patriot Act, for which she voted? Really, what is it?

She's got it wrong. Bill & Hillary Clinton made this country "unrecognizable", made oral sex a topic of breakfast conversation so that now we have middle school students trying it on the school bus, demonstrated to the world the spectacle of the First Family stealing White House property.
Referring to the prison sex scandal the other day, a Congressman asked, "How did these people get into our Army?" Bill & Hillary made that possible. Their "Don't ask, don't tell policies, plus turning this nation into a sex crazed culture.
Hillary's chutzpah disgusts me.
