I predicted this "potential terrorist threat" scoring a while back, although I didn't expect it to happen this quickly.
Also note the propaganda associated with the "scoring" alogorithms. See how the 9/11 hijackers are listed as being very high on the list (after the fact of course). I have no doubt that certain variables in the program were tweaked to give the result with the objective of creating two selling points: 1) this could have stopped 9/11, and 2) only really, really bad guys will wind up on this list.
And when Hillary or even Kerry gets elected, they can simply adjust the parameters and, presto: The prisons will be full of Freepers and NRA members with hoods over our heads, making the world safe for Democracy...er..uh...I mean Democrats...
