Yes, it is- my wife stayed over at work in Camden County ( neighboring county south ) a couple of days, and she called this morning to get an update on whether there were any roads to avoid coming home later. Far as I know, there aren't, and that's lucky since the only routes are I-95 or US 17, unless you take a bunch of winding, far-flung back roads that lead well into the interior of the state.
