"I had no idea. It was a single dad and a teen," said next-door neighbor Michelle Shah. "There was loud music and lots of teenagers coming and going. But there's a teenage boy living there. I didn't think anything of it." In this town where I live, an ordinance can put the parents in jail for hosting underage parties for teens.

I assume by 'underage', you are talking about where there would be drugs, alcohol, etc. involved. As opposed to a good old-fashioned birthday cake/punch affair.

Mornin'. :^) hehe! Not a problem. I'm am amazed daily at the things I post even after I THINK I have previewed. Seems that approaching (and now just having past) my half-century mark in this world, my fingers don't always do what my brain tells it to do. And now my brain doesn't catch all the boo-boo's, LOL !!
