There was also a voter drive to trash the Worker Comp system and when it appeared it would make the ballot Arnold and the Boyz in the "Hood" whipped up a sham bill to take the steam out of the drive. It "may save" 30% on premiums that have risen 400% in three years...

It "may save" 30% on premiums that have risen 400% in three years... The Legislative Analyst estimated a 3% reduction in premiums in the coming fiscal year.
