"Despite the setbacks and difficulties we've experienced, President Bush has accomplished more on the foreign policy front in less than one full term than the last 4 Democratic Presidents, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, and Clinton, did combined!"
And excellent editorial -- don't miss the last two paragraphs -- but read the whole thing.

Amen - strange days require that we state the obvious. Things aren't that bad in Iraq.

The problem is that you read these kinds of news in a editorial and you read a highly biased editorialized version of the events as "news".

In the meantime:
This is a book, but the cover alone is worth it.

One of W's biggest diplomatic triumphs was getting Pakistan to ally with us against the Taliban. We were told that Pak would support their friends the Taliban and go to war against us and India. We could not have fought the war w/o Pakistan or w/o keeping Turkey out of the fight.
Pray for W and Our Awesome Military

That's about right. I wish people were smart enough to figure that out.

w/o keeping Turkey out of the fight. Remember back in the lead up to the war when there was all of incredible speculation in the press about will Turkey let us move troups through or won't they? And how it would really hamper the war effort if we couldn't go in through Turkey.
The has to be one of the best examples of misdirection and disinformation ever done. Even all the Freepers wanted to incinerate Turkey for not giving our troups passage. And then it turns out we rolled over Iraq like it was defended by boy scouts.
I bet going through Turkey was never part of the plan, but the threat kept Sadam on his toes and his forces divided.

Amen! Thank you for posting this. It is absolutely true. George W. Bush is leading us admirably and our enemies (foreign and domestic) don't want us to know it.

Nice to see some reality................from time to time.
One thing for certain, the future of the United States and much of the western world will depend on how much of this reality is believed.
My money is on the eventual outcome in November where reality trumps bullfeces, and the suicide rates of liberals reaches a record high.

It's stories like these I'm reminded and greatly heartened that--in spite of the evil clintonites still infecting this great nation--GWB is a brass-balls leader who doesn't give a flying F*** about what the enemy or the clintonites think!
Thank God for GWB and his brilliant advisors, and by God we will defeat the true enemy even against every effort by the domestic enemies (the clintonites) to thwart it!
