The Silent Majority is finally speaking out. The party of homosexual baby killing perverts is about to be handed a severe defeat. If Biden is booed in his home state, it is all over.

I hope Hairplug Joe felt properly humiliated. It's been a bad year for liberal commencement speakers.

I'm more impressed that he got booed on a college campus than the fact that it was in his home state. Someone will get fired at that school for failing to properly indoctrinate this year's crop of lefties...

Why would he say such a thing? I don't recall Neil Kinnock ever making that claim.

I think we have a 30-30-30 nation. 30% would vote for clinton after he raped a woman on prime-time TV, and they would vote for Kerry if he said he supports partial birth abortion, loves al Qaeda, and plans to marry Chirac in a quiet gay ceremony at his inauguration. 30% will vote conservative and will support Bush. 30% are confused and angry at both sides. And maybe another 10% are brain dead.

The 30% conservatives are extremely angry at the media whores. The 30% knee-jerk liberals are extremely angry at Bush. Let's just hope the other 30% who are confused vote for Bush and not kerry or hillary when the time comes. Anything can still happen. We have to continue the fight down to the wire.

Anyone rude enough to drop politics - conservative or liberal - into a commencement address deserves to be booed.

Seems negative campaigning as part of commencement addresses isn't going down too well this year... There have been a number of similar stories.

That's the 3rd Commencement speaker in recent weeks to get booed. Another was at Hofstra U (IIRC).

I'm listening to the Libertarian Party Presidential debates on CSPAN. Those guys are more OTL (out to lunch) then even John Kerry. All 3 seem to be isolationists. I don't really know that much about the Libertarian Party, but these guys seem about as out of touch with reality as Kerry is.

Several months ago, I read the Constitution Party's platforms. They, too, seem to be isolationists.

It would be nice if we could close our borders and safely isolate ourselves from the rest of the world. But World War I brought us out of that. Today, we cannot be isolated; otherwise, we'd be speaking German or Russian or (if the WoT isn't successful) Arabic. We have to stay strong for ourselves and for those, like the French, who are too blind to see their own future predicaments.

There are several FR threads, but here is a news link:

Author booed for Bush criticism
Gulf Daily News, Bahrain - May 26, 2004
NEW YORK: Author EL Doctorow, who penned Ragtime and City of God, was stunned when his commencement address at a Hofstra University was booed by some students ...

There was another boo-ing this past week (of a prominent lib/dem) for anti-Bush remarks, but I can't recall who it was or where.

Kerry will not marry Chirac in a gay marriage ceremony...he has already married Howard Dean! That was revealed in a Bush campaign ad which Brit Hume showed at the end of his program a few days ago (courtesy of the Tonight Show).

Yes they are! Last Monday on Dayside, Ellen (?) was trying to excuse Kerry's disgusting statement about President Bush re "training wheels" .. and the audience would have none of it. The booing was so loud that Linda looked around at the audience and appeared to be quite surprised at the response. IT WAS AWESOME!! Ellen hemed and hawed, but the boos continued. Linda changed the subject.

Why? Because the Rats would rather repeat a lie that hurts Bush than tell the truth and it might help him. There was a report not 3 days ago about investigators finding documents positively linking Saddam and some of his Feyhadeen officers DIRECTLY with the 911 terrorists.

Your numbers are all wrong.

You have to start with the most fundamental number - 50% don't give a shit and won't vote no matter what happens.

Then start breaking out the rest.

Turn on the Yankee game. (Yankees 1 - Tampa Bay 0)

Rearrange your sock drawer.
Shampoo and blow dry the cat. They love it.

The 'Rats aren't bothered by facts. They are counting on those who follow them blindly not to be bothered by facts either. Today's crop of young people are online, reading and sometimes writing blogs. Some of them actually know what's going on in the world and can actually see the forest for the trees.

Actually, you're fairly close in your assumptions. We are more of a 33-1/3% nation than we are 50% nation.

During the Revolutionary war, 33% wanted a new nation and were willing to fight for it; 33% wanted to stay connected to England or France, and didn't want to fight about independence; 33% didn't give a hoot either way.

I believe THESE 3 GROUPS ARE STILL ALIVE AND WELL and living in America.

How about anyone rude enough to LIE to a commencement audience deserves to get booed! The graduating class is not as ignorant as the DNC would like them to ... they have facts available on the internet that prove the dnc to be liars and anti-American seditionists. Biden got what he deserves for his anti-American Military rhetoric with Sissy Matthews, the democrat partisan hack on MSNBC.

Probably Ellen ranting Ratner.

She is usually on Fox on the weekends. From the moment she appears, she starts mouthing the dailydemtalkingpoints. It doesn't matter the question or topic. She rambles on and on. She thinks she has really accomplished something as the smirks into the camera when her segment ends.

You are exactly correct. And .. any legislation that Bush wants - the dems are against - even if they were for it previously .. and even if the legislation is necessary and good for America - like the Energy bill.

He got booed because Americans aren't half as dumb as the press think they are and most people know and understand full well the Saddam and AQ had a decade's old relationship.

However, MSM polls dictate that Americans are more than half dumb in their political decisiveness with preference to who they prefer as our next President.

Now I'll make you cringe a bit.

It was the Secret Service agents first White House assignment. He was told that it was OK to say hello and be cordial to everyone in the White House. Except one person. He was told to act liike he "did not even see this one person".

On his first duty day he was assigned to a hallway. Along came the person he was told about. But the polite young man was raised right and he just could not resist saying "good morning ma'am".

Without looking at the young man, a young man that was prepared to die for her and her whole family he heard the reply from the woman as she passed by without even looking at him. "F**k you!" replied Hillary Clinton.
