Without an American government supporting the free state, Israel would fall. Israel has over 100 nuclear weapons -- just in case. I'm not counting them out.

Also, the world economy would instantly go into a depression because the U.S. Dollar suddenly has no worth. U.S. Companies no longer exist, and maybe most importantly, the world's biggest consumer of exported goods is gone.

The film is about the chaos there would be if Californians woke up one morning and all 12 million of the state's Hispanics had disappeared. About 40 years ago there was an incredibly racist off-Broadway play called "Day of Absence" in which all the blacks disappeared from a small Southern town and the bumbling white folks couldn't clean their own toilets or take out their own garbage.
Sounds like this movie is a plagiarized ripoff.

The flip side to a "Day without a Mexican" in places like LA could mean millions in savings for taxpayers. Think about the decreased level of gang activity, murders, ER's actually able to function, taxes being lowered because of the decreased need for food stamps and ESL plus Americans getting off their collective fat butts and mowing their own lawns.......one can only hope.
