Say, when are they going to overturn the ban on murder and on human sacrifices? </sarcasm

Ah, yes. In typical fascist style the good liberals have usurped the will of the House, the Senate, the Executive, the will of the people.
Meanwhile, they're such brainless morons they accuse us of being authoritarians.
It's past time to put these undemocratic freaks out of business.

The amazing chutzpah is how they call themselves 'Democrats'.

How about 'Courtocrats,' or 'Usurpocrats'

Elizabeth Cavendish, interim president of NARAL ProChoice America, warned that "if Bush gets a chance to fill multiple seats on the Supreme Court, not only this decision, but the fundamental right to choose itself will be at risk." From her stony heart to God's ears. May her worst unborn-baby-saving, abortuary-extinction nightmares come true.

Next Stop SCOTUS. Babies 5, Planned Parenthood 4 in a squeaker.

Where's the Judicial Conduct Committee? This person is not a Judge, she's a bias liberal off the street that Clinton appointed, and her job should be terminated.

Say, when are they going to overturn the ban on murder and on human sacrifices? </sarcasm Actually you bring up a point I have been pondering since this decision appeared..
What effect will this have on the Scott Peterson trial?
Can the State still charge Him with the murder of his unborn child Connor?
Can Anyone be charged with the murder of an unborn child, if that child can be killed right up to within minutes of the child's naturally occurring birth?
Maybe that is now the only remaining option..
Since the courts have effectively ended banning any kind of abortion, maybe charging doctors and mothers with murder is the way to go..
Is "medically sanctioned" murder more morally or ethically sound than other forms of murder?
Especially since there is obviously "malice of forethought" ? ( i.e., the murder was pre-planned )
Additionally, what about the recent attempt to claim citizenship for the unborn children of illegal immigrants?
Much to ponder...

This one should take you to the United States District Court, Northern District of California:
USDC-NDCA Then click on Judges. Select Hamilton.

Phyllis Hamilton and a host of other Carter and Clinton
appointees should be brought before a joint House and
Senate Judiciary Committee. They should then have their
feet held to the fire. Somewhere in this country, there
must be an enforcement of the separation of powers.
Judicial Independence has crossed way over the line!!!
