How does one "cooperate" with a federal grand jury?
Cooperation implies that there is a common goal and common interests.
An awfull lot of investigating for a mere 'desk jockey' being identified - I thought everyone in DC knew who/what she was/did.

Then why is Bush going to cooperate with 'THEM' - the anti-Bushes? The fact that everyone seems to want to find the person responsible for leaking the identity of an undercover asset of the CIA is not a negative story - it's reporting that a crime was comitted. Do you think letting criminals that violate the laws of the US and disclose 'classified' info should not be persued & punished?
Democrats seized on the news to criticize the president.

"Bush shouldn't drag the country through grand juries and legal maneuvering. President Bush should come forward with what he knows and come clean with the American people."

Please try to see the political side to this.
POTUS is not liked by much of our media.
Bush is not cooperating with "THEM"=the media,
but with an investigative grand jury.
It is the media, however, that wishes to paint
Bush negatively for their own political agenda:
"make Bush a one term POTUS."
