"An entire arsenal of WMDs cleverly disguised as children's toys in a huge warehouse shipment were destroyed at 2:42 this morning when military fighters targeted the ship and blew it to smitherines!"

The full-sky observation images can be processed in order to reveal bright points in ultraviolet light by subtracting an average hydrogen glow. When the maps are displayed in ecliptic coordinates any point seen moving on an image sequence is potentially a comet.
Have your say :

"It woke me up. Not the light. The sound."
Same here. There was also a shudder, as if someone had slammed the garage door. I looked out my front window (southern exposure - towards Seattle) but only saw the [full or almost-full] moon. In the morning, I found out my son and daughter also heard it.

That crash report may have been a hoax, but I still think a meteor is the likeliest explanation - the skies were clear, so thunder seems unlikely, if not impossible.

"I saw the sky light up like a nuclear bomb had exploded. The entire sky and my whole yard glowed a luminous red color. I went outside to investigate and could hear a loud rumbling noise." Tom Shanks"
Hmmmm, I knew a Tom Shanks in school.

Hey Ben...Did you ever notice that none of this stuff happens during the daytime in the middle of rush hour traffic. What a coincidence.

I was awakened by a couple of loud noises at around 3:00am., and thought it was just some sonic booms from fighter jets passes (from the island air base). Didn't look outside, and went back to sleep. But I was told by someone who'd been driving around last night at around that time that the sky lit up big time. Too bad I missed it.

The anomaly was most likely caused as a result of a Lib having a rational thought. Don't worry though, scientists report that this only happens about once every 100 years and that most people never notice that it has occured.

explanation - the skies were clear, so thunder seems unlikely, if not impossible. I can believe that. Please, don't get me wrong. I was ranting on AP because of
another issue they TOTALLY IGNORED regarding John Kerry.
When this mystery gets solved, will someone please ping me? I really AM interested
to know. :^D
Thanks.

Well if you think Venus transiting just after Bradfield is a coincidence, let me tell you that you are wrong. Because there are no coincidences.

We visited our son in Seattle last summer and went out for a tour of Bainbridge. $25 for a small bottle of sweet wine seemed high but we brought home a couple anyway. I think they knew we were tourists.

That story (three impacts in June, tsunami, snowball interception & Co) is a hoax used as coverup.

SOME of you people need to learn to read....
Yes, the CRASH was a hoax. Not the meteor itself.
Check some of the Washington tv websites out...they show night turn to day.
