Yep, BushHaters believe anything if it suits their hatred.
Jeez, the characters in The Day After Tomorrow probably had better dialogue written for them.
The profession of journalist doesn't have the same high standards as a movie script writer.
Well, they always had that weird hair, but I never thought they were loony...
(1) The source, Capitol Hill Blue, practices gutter libel of the worst sort.
(2) Given the very weak state of our nation's libel/slander laws, the targets of people like Thompson (and similar vermin on both the Left and Right) have virtually no way to fight back.
(3) Posting gives it a wider audience and more credibility than it otherwise would obtain. Simply because something can be done (posting it), doesn't mean it should be done.
(4) It has the potential to plant the seed of doubt in even the most stalwart heart. In this case, doubt that most definitely is NOT deserved.
(5) The presidency is the most watched, filmed and photographed job in the world. Do you seriously think that if any of this were true, it would need the likes of Doug Thompson to reveal it?! Case in point: These and the hundreds of other photos publicized of our President each week speak volumes and forever expose Doug Thompson as a raging liar who should never be given the satisfaction of seeing his "work" accorded a wider audience than the sewer in which he resides:
Is there anywhere on the net that chronicles the DNC talking points? It would be interesting to pursue them throughout Bush's term so far.
Writer apologizes for "Madman of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue" column

(WRITER'S NOTE: Last week, I published a column entitled "The Madman of Pennsylvania Avenue." It was written during a time when I was letting a memory of a family tragedy depress me and affect my judgment. The column was pulled within two hours of its posting after family and friends convinced me that it went too far. Unfortunately, given the speed of the Internet, it has already been picked up and reprinted in full on other sites. This column was over the top, even for me, and I apologize for it. It has been erased from the files of this web site and will not be republished. If it appears on any other web site, it does so without my permission and is a violation of copyright law).
We were wrong; he actually posted this drivel.
Yep, I checked.
Not surprising.
Doug's always having a bad day, to hear him tell it.
The problem is, he knows that when he writes that stuff, the second he pushes the POST button, it's all the way around the world.
He likes it that way.
Without it being posted here, you'll never find this article side-by-side with information about the author's long history of falsified sources and mental instability.
I think his history is a necessary counterpoint to his ranting.
Labelling and begging the question is a favorite tactic of the psycholiberals. We could learn this disgusting, manipulative political behavior technique and use it ourselves, but we're better than that.
You mean he writes this stuff while three sheets in the wind, and then has enough class to be ashamed of what he has done when he sobers up enough to read it with comprehension ?
One redeaming virture is better than none, I suppose.
Sanity prevails.
Gee, would this unsourced hit piece have anything to do with Al Gore being taken to task for acting insane?
This is a large smelly crock!
As if anybody in the WH who knows anything would talk to CHB.
Unnamed voices?
I found him here
http://www.federalobserver.com/archive.php?aid=5426
and he really does look like Kenny Rogers - an evil, wimpy Kenny Rogers.
Oh he's a mess.
He does resemble Kenny Rogers,
but Doug looks like a drunk.
