Many U.N. employees fear reprisals from their bosses if they step forward with information on the Iraq oil-for-food scandal or report other allegations of corruption, according to a shocking internal survey released yesterday.
A recent poll of 6,086 employees and managers released on the U.N. Web site revealed that the staff has little faith in the world body leadership's commitment to ethics and integrity and that most believe that when allegations of wrongdoing surface, they are not properly handled.

U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan is also facing questions after revelations that his son was hired by a Swiss company that received a U.N. contract.

For a body that asserts sovereignty over the universe, this corporation has some amazing gaps in its organization.

When I see this corruption get the same continual coverage as Abu Ghraib in the NYT, WaPo, Boston Globe, and all the other MSM, then I'll know that something will be done about this corrupt organization. But, until the UN's "friends in the media" somehow acquire some morals, this will not get the coverage it certainly deserves. Just think of all the lies that will be exposed about those years -- including guess who was POTUS when this Oil-For-Food program started. come to think of it, why isn't the Clnton Administration calling for the investigation -- I am sure that Jamie Gorelick will be free after her bogus 9/11 duty.

It is only natural that the organization that leads the world should have most of the proficiency in corruption, thanks to the knowledge gained from those various countries.

Thanks to the Wall Street Journal and the NY Post for publicizing this massive corruption scandal. The rest of the prostitute press is covering it up.
