Garcia said, adding that he's never complained about a reporter before.

Probably because none of the cowards who practice American journalism today have any guts in today's Ultra-P.C. newsroom.

There is a subtext here. Garcia was figuratively spitting on Ronald Reagan's grave which satisfied his mean-spirited nature. In Garcia's eyes he got rewarded because he got a reaction from a member of the press who he feels should have commended him for spitting on Reagan's grave and sadly in many places that is what might have happened.

Since the gay movement feeds on the media, he could not wait to get some attention in that propaganda rag in Chicago. Once it was published by those sociopaths, he could pressure the local paper to print the story and give him local attention. The local paper did because in small towns like Springfield there is competitive animosity between the televison stations and the only daily newspaper. Sadly, there will be some sympathy for Garcia's position because Springfield is heavily populated with the worst kind of vermin, that is to say bureaucrats, politicians, lobbyists, lawyers, and labor leaders all of which makes Illinois the kind state any new industry would avoid like the plague.

If there is any good news in this story, it is that the odds are the station general manager will staunchly support his anchor. The general manager oftens gives editorials at the end of the local late news, and for the most they have been strong positions with a conservative leaning.

Thank you. I didn't know the exact amount and didn't want to exagerate!

"I've been an activist for a long time, nearly 30 years. I deal constantly with reporters, and this is the first time I've ever seen someone with such unprofessional behavior," Garcia said, adding that he's never complained about a reporter before.

Now that I can believe: It took 30 years to encounter one reporter who had no interest in sticking her nose in his blown-out butt.

So Garcia the fruitcake whines that she should be able to put her personal feelings aside, but not he?

What's wrong with this picture?

Anyone who would take the time and effort, and go out of his way to write nasty stuff in a remembrance book is not only socially arrested, but never in a position to give socially acceptable behavior advice to normal people.

His administration was the first to spend tens-of-thousands of dollars

LOL  Might as well say, "spent millions of cents."

Tens of thousands of dollars is, like, for a feasibility report of a contingency  study to see what might be done.

May God forgive him, I can't.

I don't know that God has anything to forgive from Ronald Reagan on that score, (p)Rick. But I reckon YOU'LL have some 'splain' to do.

And an AMEN to that!

Homosexual Agenda Ping - A Perfect Example of "Free Speech For Me, But Not For Thee."

Also ties in with the execrable "Hate Crimes" addendum on the Defense Bill passed in the Senate a couple of days ago. Keep in mind it wouln't have passed without all the RINOS.
Also keep in mind that it is a *very small* babystep from "hate crimes" to "hatespeech" and "hatethought". It is really just a continuum that slides inevitably from one to the next.

So a homosexual activist can snarl in the guestbook at Ronald Reagan's memorial, and if someone complains, the complainant is wrong for doing so. Why, one might ask?

Because homosexuals have their own rules, they are the elites, the royalty, "gayness" trumps feminism (actually they are a two headed hydra), any racial minority, and perhaps even disabled people. Of course, if someone is a "gay" black person, so much the better. Sorry if I sound bitter. I've had it up to here [hand waving in air above head] with the "gay" agenda.

Let me AND scripter know if you want on/off this pinglist!

PS - I may not be very active in pingifying for a few days - just to let you all know.

Not tens of thousands, but billions. When Reagan found out about this "new" disease he went after it like no other...even though very few people were dying from it at the time.

An earlier poster had it right. The left has made this such a political tool that they believe their own lies. What did their President do for them the 8 years he was in office, besides blame others?

Answer: NOTHING

He IS classless, tasteless and a big fat loser. Imagine, blaming Reagan for AIDS when its primarily propagated by sodomy. You want AIDS to stop Mr. Garcia, then stop screwing a bunch of men.

<< So it had absolutely nothing to do with gay activists treating AIDS as a political tool? It had nothing to do with continued use of dirty needles and risky sexual practices even after those activites were known to spread HIV/AIDS? >>

Not to forget, either, that self-styled "bitchy queers" [And are there any other kind?] wilfully, deliberately and cynically spread their "donated" blood throughout the Civilized world's blood banks in order that normal people be afflicted with the male sodomist virus and to "spread the burden."

Also ties in with the execrable "Hate Crimes" addendum on the Defense Bill passed in the Senate a couple of days ago.

And it was disgusting to see the weasely RepublicRATs who crossed over the aisle to vote with their bedmates!

The two RINOs from Ohio, Maine and the jackass from Pennsylvania among the traitors!

It's sickening to watch their migration to the other side which, incidentally, votes as a block!
