I think someone ought to try to sue Reuters. It would make one heck of a legal rangling and perhaps make these photo-snap happy so-called journalists think twice before showing photos of dead Americans again without the permission of the parents/next of kin.
Wasn't family privacy the reason the photos of Vince Foster could not be shown? Seems that there is already a Supreme Court precedent for the families winning this in court. Also, if victorious, this would be the end of news agencies like Reuters -- good riddence.
