To the contrary. There is a long line of unwanted babies and children all over the world, and very few parents looking to adopt them (but plenty of child slave and child prostitute traders). Legal adoption of them costs 10s of thousands of dollars, but they're routinely sold on the black market for a pittance. Dark children are easily had for $50. White children, especially blonde and/or blue-eyed ones cost more like $1000. There was a thread on here a while back detailing the actual sales negotiations on Eastern European children -- parents offering their babies and toddlers to complete strangers for next to nothing, and quickly dropping the price if the first offer wasn't accepted.
Abortionists are not doctors.
Look, as terrible as it is that abortionists have to be in a hurry to kill the preborn baby, it is more ghastly to think of the horrific pain the boy or girl suffers with the usual abortion. Basically the babies are being torn limb from limb. Frankly, I'd rather be dead first.

I like your response. Such testing by every abortion "Doctor" should be REQUIRED before the injection is given to a patient---to make sure it is safe!

If we did pass a law prohibiting charging for abortions, we would also need to prohibit payments for baby parts or the abortion Doctors would just charge the final receiver of baby parts more for harvesting the parts to compensate for the lost profits of the abortion itself.
I would like to see a law which REQUIRES all mothers considering an abortion to view 3-D sonograms of their baby and REQUIRES them to talk with pro-life counselors prior to any abortion to EDUCATE them so they can be able to hopefully make an EDUCATED decision for life.
I think that is a PREGNANT idea! (I was just about to suggest that in my previous post, but forgot to do so.) That way, they could also someday show the video/DVD to their BABY that they bring home a few months later because they "saw the Light" before it was too late.

Well, I think you've hit on something there. Our adoption system is so over-regulated that it unduly interferes with the placement of children with entirely acceptable adoptive parents. People wouldn't be buying babies overseas on the black market if a reasonable effort would allow them to adopt nearer to home.
I know that the *intent* of this regulation is to protect the children, but as always happens when liberals are given power, common sense has been thrown out the window.

Yes it does. I think maybe some of these baby butchers should be cut open without anesthesia and let them see how painless it all is.

Are we any better than the aborto-facists if we now are going to create a law,“Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act”, that favors a more humane and efficient way of killing our defenseless children?

Last week, Congressman Chris Smith (R-NJ) and Congressman Joe Pitts (R-PA) held a briefing on fetal pain with special speaker Dr. Jean Wright, a professor at the Mercer School of Medicine who specializes in the care of critically ill newborns and children.
Dr. Wright reported that children feel pain most intensely in utero!
She explained that the highest density of pain receptors per square inch of skin in human development occurs in utero at 20 to 30 weeks of gestation. This is a time when the skin is very thin and nerve fibers are close to the surface of the skin, making them very exposed.
Children at this stage of gestation haven’t yet developed the natural ability to inhibit pain…so not only do they feel it more intensely, they can’t naturally dull the pain the way older infants and adults can!
As technological advances increase our understanding of what children in the womb experience, our moral imperative to protect the lives of the unborn becomes an even greater responsibility!
That is why I am asking you to write to your Representative and Senators today to urge them to support the new “Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act”.

If passed, this common sense legislation will ensure that when a woman enters a clinic to have an abortion she will be informed that her child has the ability to feel pain after twenty weeks of development.
This legislation will ensure that pregnant women are given the choice to administer their child anesthesia before an abortion is performed.
Just knowing this information will undoubtedly reduce the number of abortions in America. The more information the mother receives the less likely she will be to choose abortion.
