I would like to see Monica charge him with "Sexual Harrassment".
Now that he has made it clear that there was no love invoved and that he was just using his position of power to use her "because he could", isn't this the definition of abuse of power and sexual harrassment?
Weren't we told that this was ok behavior because it was mutual and none of our business?
Doesn't "because I could" prove he used the office to his own personal benefit and to the detriment of a subordinate that was under him?
Isn't that a classic abuse of power?
If this exact sort of thing isn't what sexual harrassment in the workplace was designed to handle, what is?

I bet that if you asked around you would find lots of women who 'went out' with men who said they 'loved' them, but didn't. We'd have to sue all of you ;-)
He was her boss, that is what sexual harrasment laws were written for.
Statute of limitations aside, as Ms. Lewinsky was an eager participant in the affair (snapping her "thong", etc.), I doubt that there is any grounds for a sexual harrassment lawsuit.
Interesting --- especially considering she was transferred from the WH when he was through with her.

His actions define his character. He was so willing to use his office to seduce a girl his daughter's age, and so unwilling to use his office to fight against the terrorists, or do anything meaningful to make this country safe.
His "because I could.." was only in respect to his genitals. Too bad he didn't have the balls to take on a true use of power.

The imbalance in power between a President and an Intern makes a "fair" relationship impossible. Any idea of "Consensual" went out the window with "because I could".
The difference here is that a single person, Monica Lewinsky, can bring this charge and make it stick. The others are going to require more complicated paths.

Every discussion with his media turns into a Monica discussion. Willie evens fakes anger to ensure that the next conversation will be about Monica. No one asks about the crimes that aren't covered, selling pardons, selling military tecnology to the Chinese, Vince's murder and a hundred other things.
There is no doubt in mind mind that many of the mysteries of Willie White House (Susie, Foster's murder, Monica's dress, Sudan) can be answered by massive amounts of Iraqi oil voucher money. Willie was getting lots of this money and has been able to cover everything with Monica.
And, in 50 years, Willie will have rigged (supported, of course, by the left wing media)it so that all believe that Willie was a great President except for a human failing with a pretty girl.
