Do we have the capabilities to put a little GPS device (can they be made that small, even?) on/in the ID cards?
FNC just reported a Utah family is saying the missing marine is their relative. From sad to sadder. Still not saying if he was taken hostage. Pretty much exact quote.
I hope and pray for this marine. Right, wrong or indifferent, the truth will eventually come out. I just hope he comes out OK.

I am certainly not prepared to accuse a marine of anything at this point. It just seems odd the way he was taken hostage. Either he was duped into getting himself in a vulnerable position, or he went voluntarily.
Not yet. Problem is the power source needed to run the GPS. A tranciever can be rather small, but the batteries needed to run them are still too large. Someday the technology may get us there...
