Matt's death has not been confirmed, and everybody here in his hometown is hoping that he will be home safely. Please stop talking like the report has been confirmed. We need our hope. We need to believe that he will be home soon. Thanks.

My husband just mentioned to me that he heard that this story is still unconfirmed.
Anyone have anything to add?

I haven't heard Matt's situation report lately.
Until then - keep praying - remember Paul Marshall Johnson was given up for dead weeks before he miraculously walked away from his would-be murderers.
God had other plans . .

Sorry. Haven't heard anything further. I understand the President called his family after this report surfaced. Don't know the substance of his call.
Like many, I fear the worst, but there is always hope however.

(John Kerry? America just can't afford a 9/10 President in a 9/11 world.)
