From an adult perspective, what she allegedly did is wrong and ought to be punished the same as if the case involved an man and a teenage girl. But thinking as a former 14 year old boy, she probably deserves a Noble prize of some sort or at the very least, her picture on a postage stamp.
It's easy. Just think of her wanting to be with a 14-year-old boy. Pretty sick.

Another difficult legal question here:
If it's improper to use the term "victim" in the Kobe Bryant case because there's no proof that she actually was a victim, would there not be an equal problem with the use of the term "complaining witness" in this case?
