The victims of Saddam are countless. The trial of Saddam will never satisfied them all, nor can it.

But this discussion is academic, because the Iraqi people will try them.

What they want to prosecute him for is up to them. They are the nones that have to prove their case, not the US, Iran, nor the UN.

Absolutely not! It would be better for all concerned if the Iranians appealed to the Iraqis to present their charges.
