I heard somewhere that Edwards was flying out as well. Is Kerry just drumming up cheap sensationalism before he makes his pick?
Qerry wants someone--anyone--to pay attention.
This whole weekend has been slow for news (thank God) but that has left the cable news channels nothing else to do but speculate who will be the Veep pick. I personally don't think it will be Edwards because Kerry is too small of a man to pick a more charasmatic candidate. I think Gephardt is a good logial choice for many reasons, of which firstmost that he won't outshine the dull headliner on the ticket.
It won't be Edwards, he's better looking than Kerry. I'm tellin' ya, Kerry would never pick someone who would upstage him.
Which suggests in kerry has not made up his mind and he wants both to "stand by".
This begs for a cartoon of kerry in a wedding dress with two suitors. (in a mass courtroom of course)
This whole thing has been nothing but cheap sensationalism. I do not ever remember such nonsense about the VP pick. He's made this whole big thing about being secret, when no one ever really pays attention to it. It has always been right out in the open, and no one ever hears about it until the pick is made.
That said, I can't wait to hear more of Dickie's imaginary friends stories.
