I called Kay Bailey Hutchison's office this morning to see how she was going to vote on TORT REFORM. The aide told me she hadn't decided yet. I suggested that was an outright lie because she had said the same thing the other day regarding the vote on the Judge.....and Kay had already voted NO........

Try calling the FEC. You'll be lucky if you get a person.

Maybe you'll be getting an invitation to appear at a HUAC meeting - you book-readers are a threat to democracy as we know it!

BushisTheMan,
Your comment made me think. Is there a site showing the percentage of every Senator's time spent in Washington on the job?

You might have more success if you would call YOUR LOCAL HOMELAND SECURITY OFFICE.

Darn. I should have asked for her name. She was already nervous so I had some sympathy for her. But I should have asked for her name. Maybe another caller can do that.

She is one good excuse for Kerry's minimum wage increase proposal.

Sounds like the Senate Ethics Committee hired Omarosa as their administrative assistant.

Wowser!
Not that J-FK would miss a cent of it, but that such a (deserved) measure might at least get picked up on CNN - shake a few borderline voters in Ohio and Florida.

I am with you on that one, although how would you have liked to be in Minnesota when their senators were Dayton and Wellstone?

Very disappointed in Kay lately. Used to like her. At least Cornyn has turned out to be an excellent senator.
