After a shaky start, Norm Coleman has certainly turned out to be a good senator!
Time to get a life, I suspect.
Probably not the she you spoke with.
Please don't ask anymore ;)
Call her back and demand to know why and how the information is classified.
Who is the classification authority?
What is the classification of the information?
What are the grounds for classifying this information?
When is the information subject to declassification?
If you don't get a proper answer, send a complaint to the Justice Department. Abuse of security classification is, IIRC, a felony.
Ooh nice tactic
No disrespect but if the metting time is secret then it is secret. If you have business before the committee you will be informed as to when/where you are to be.
ask if she has ever had trouble with the law before
The problem is that the meeting time isn't classified; it is public information in the committee rules. And abuse of classification authority is a felony.
"...I have no representation in the Senate!"
Did you move to DC? How about the House, do you have representation there?
The Washington Times publishes the Daybook in their online issue every day. I didn't see anything on the Ethics Committee meeting today. But, you might want to call the Times to see if they ever publish these meetings in the paper. If you find out they do, you can call that byitch at the Senate Ethics Committee and ask her, "If the dates of the meetings are supposed to be secret, how come they're published in the Washington Times?"
jmstein7 provided this data on another link.
Edwards voted 42% of the time this year.
Clinton, Schumer, Boxer, Feinstein, Corzine, and Lautenberg = beginnings of Amerika Politburo
That's comrade to you!
I am ashamed to say that I too live in NY and have emailed Comrade Clintonista and Schmucky Zoomer attempting to find out how I could get my clearance reinstated (as a network engineer it would have helped me in my job search) since I left the military many years ago.
NOT a SINGLE reply!!! Zero - nada!!! I guess they thought I would be better off (and they could add me to their constituency) if I were more dependent on them for bird feed handouts "living" on the extended unemployment dole.
Then he/she should call the Capital Police.
Seems simple enough.
Always get the name of the person you're talking to, AND the name of the person they hide behind---ie, their superior or supervisor.
I wish I could move!!!
What!? Do you think these people work for you or something?
You're right. I should have done just that!
I believe Congress is also looking at the Mexican Treaty legislation this month - (Social Security benefits for alien fraudulent claimants)
Emails and snail mail are a waste of time. Call, ask for the name of the person you are speaking with and then ask them to confirm the convesation in a letter.
