Why is everyone accepting this report as the gospel truth? What about all of the WMDs that were shipped to Syria et al. prior to the US invasion and all of the precursor components of bio and chem weapons found? This report is not worth the paper it's printed on. Why did the GOPers on this committee roll over and accept this cr@p? I don't even hear any dissent on Fox News.

This report is looking at the intelligence prior to Sept 2002 when the President asked Congress for their approval. Remember how Congress demanded that President Bush come to them for a vote.

Also ---

Roberts may be a RINO (I don't know, but I have seen him chair a committee without taking nonsense from the Dem members) but I think that getting this report submitted as a unanimous one has defeated whatever political hay the dems thought they were going to get out of it. That's why the dems are already saying, "Yeah, but, we need to get Part II out to the public." They know that this one is useless.

Even the French thought that Saddam had WMD. One of their reasons for us not to go to war was that the danger to our troops would be too great!
