Is this like 6 yrs ago when any day Bubba was going to resign under pressure? Just who do you think will stand up to these bastards? Sure won't be your so-called conservative pubbies. If not them, who?

I was hoping this story hadn't dropped off the radar screen. It's good to see it on the pages of The Slimes. I, for one, will cheer on the day that Kofi goes down.

I hate to be cynical, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the media to "get going" with this story. They'll do (and have done) everything in their power to bury it.

Lets hope that the new Iraqi government is all over this. 10 billion could buy every Iraqi family a decent house with indoor plumbing and air conditioning.

Fox News has been pretty aggressive about keeping on top of this. One of the great things about Fox is that it forces the rest of the media to give at least a little attention to things they would rather ignore.

Good point. The UN and all the other Food-for-Oil scammers owe the Iraqi people reparations.

Maybe there's a journalist licking his or her chops with the visions of a Pulitzer dancing before the eyes! That would be a great motivator for getting this story.

I have the link in my favorites, but why should I bother with it if the article can be posted and the Slimes is not on the exerption list.

No problem, but to make sure I did a test with another New York Times article and no excerption warning came up. I did not post the article though because it was already posted. The poster though excerpted the article but it is available to read without having to register.

I have no problem with excerpting an article when it is available for reading w/o having to register
