Interesting point, and valid, I think. It's too bad nobody adheres to the Constitution much anymore, especially on a matter like this. It'll be dismissed out of hand with a chuckle from Democrats.

I don't think the founding fathers would have taken such a thing so lightly. I think when they wrote it, they meant it.
