two-year-old videotape has surfaced showing Secretary of State Colin Powell boasting that sanctions had prevented Saddam from reconstituting his WMD programs. Your link doesn't work. And in any event, a generic statement like "reconstituting his WMD programs" doesn't preclude him having WMD in his posession, as he obviously did at one point.
There are some rumors that there will soon be reports of massive movement of WMD that took place right before the war into Syria, and other countries.
