Perspective: Communist Party USA supports John Kerry

By D.P. HEIMBOLD
St. Augustine
Publication Date: 07/14/04

The southern Democrats must be thrilled by the news that the Communist Party of The United States of America, CPUSA, is publicly supporting the election of John Kerry.

The CPUSA has made available on its Web site, cpusa.org, an advertisement entitled Top Ten Reasons To Defeat Bush. This advertisement can be downloaded. The communist party urges readers to place this ad in local newspapers throughout the country to defeat President Bush.

Remarkably, the "Top Ten Reasons" of the Communist party are identical to those of the Democratic party; out-sourcing, homosexual rights, abortion and the like.

At first, I thought "this is only a coincidence." The Democratic party of the United States couldn't be in lock step with the Marxists! So, I wrote to a spokesman of the CPUSA in Georgia and here is part of his letter:

" The CPUSA supports the John Kerry campaign with donations and volunteer effort. We believe that defeating George Bush is the single most important issue this November ..."

Next, I discovered that one of Kerry's campaign themes is " Let America be America Again." This slogan was borrowed from a Communist poet, Langston Hughes. This is not common knowledge to the average American.

"Let America be America Again" sounds good but is a rambling, gloomy poem. Interestingly, another poem by Langston goes as follows;

"Goodbye, Christ Jesus, Lord, God, Jehova, Beat it on away from here now.

Make way for a new guy with no religion at all -- A real guy named Marx, communist, Lenin, Peasant, Stalin, Worker, ME -- I said, ME!"

Then, if this was not enough to convince me that the Democratic party has lost it, a third discovery!

A Vietnam vet group took a trip to Communist Hanoi to investigate a report that John Kerry was in the "Hanoi Hall of Fame." Yes, there is a museum in Hanoi with a section dedicated to foreign activists who help defeat the United States Military in Vietnam. Of course, you would expect Jane Fonda's picture to be there. But, alas, there is John Kerry's picture shaking the hand of a communist official.

Never has there been such a tragedy.

Never has there been such a threat to America. The Democratic party has been taken over by the far, far left!

Not only the communists but the homosexual activists who are appalled that George Bush is married to a woman! They are enraged that the president wants a constitutional amendment to protect traditional marriage between a man and woman.

Then we have the ACLU running to a federal activist judge with every piece of legislation that doesn't fit into their leftist agenda. They support every Democratic socialist whim. The removal of the Ten Commandments is their top priority!

Why can't our children read? The liberal NEA runs the government schools. You can't mention God or the Ten Commandments, but you can teach Islam and have the children pray to Allah and pass out condoms. The teachers union is solidly behind the Democratic candidate, John Kerry.

How about the AFL-CIO? Solidly Democratic. How about the press? Solidly behind the left.

Case in point: Viacom owns CBS and Dan Rather. Dan is really the president of the American Leftist Establishment. Every night Dan informs the country what we, the troops and the president did wrong that day. His boss, Viacom, just happens to own the company that published Richard Clark's attack on George Bush and company. Clarke was the hero of the 9-11 hearing. Viacom pushed up the publication date of Clark's book to coincide with the hearings.

Oh, by the way, Viacom not only owns CBS and Dan Rather, but MTV!

Yes, the same MTV that featured Janet Jackson's breast at the Super Bowl half time!

Hollywood? There might be one or two votes for Bush from the filmmakers. But don't count on it. Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" propaganda film hurt the president. Impressionable youth fall victim to lies.

But, not to worry.

Truth means nothing to the Left.

The quality of character of the Hollywood crowd is best illustrated by the recent antics of the starlet Britney Spears. After her 24-hour marriage, Britney is now engaged to a loser who left his unmarried, pregnant girlfriend and little child. There was not one eyebrow raised by the Hollywood-infatuated Network News. This is normal behavior for the left.

The deck is really stacked against the re-election of President Bush.

Now even the mass murderer Saddam Hussein agrees with Kennedy and Kerry that the president is a criminal. Before the election in November the press will clean up Hussein to look like a saint and George W. Bush a gangster.

John Kerry promises to save the union by going to the UN. Kerry may have to deal with Muslim Kofi Annan's son, Kojo, who received "consultant" fees from Swiss company, Cotecna, which oversaw Iraq's Oil-For-Food program. Some of the $10 billion that was funneled through the "family run" UN program ended up in al Taqwa and Asat Trust, two of al-Qaida's front organizations. Funny, there are al-Qaida in Florida and the UN, but not in Iraq! Alas, but who is chopping off heads in Iraq?

While the bulk of our National Guard are over seas fighting terrorist, every leftist weirdo is coming out of the closet to hi-jack the November presidential election.

The question is: What are the "real" southern Democrats going to do?

Will they join the CPUSA, NEA, ACLU and a host of other radical leftist groups or help save the country from this mob.

Back in the early '60's I used to laugh at what the Marxists wanted to do this country. Now it looks like they have accomplished 85% of it.The next thing we do is turn over the control of our personal property. The foot is already in the door.

Not to fear. The Democrats are going to have the UN come in is supervise our elections this year.

I wrote this song about Kerry back in Feb.

The Little Old Commie from Massachusetts. by Jan and Dean

It’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.

Music intro

The Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No.
He’s not worried bout his record cause he has two sets.
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No.
He as slip’ry as grease up in DC town,
He will vote the bill up and then he’ll vote it back down.

Chorus:

And everybody’s saying that he offers the most threats.
That’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.
He takes both sides, yes he takes both sides.
He’s the biggest dang liar up in DC Town.
He’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.

It’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.
If you hear him speakin out don’t pay attention.
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No
In a minute or so he’ll just change direction
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No
The man aint trusted in either House.
Cause he always talks out both sides of his mouth.

Chorus:

And everybody’s saying that he offers the most threats.
That’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.
He takes both sides, yes he takes both sides.
He’s the biggest dang liar up in DC Town.
He’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.

Musical Interlude:

No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry No
We need to send him home to his heiress wife.
Cause he’s got no business in public life.

Chorus:

And everybody’s saying that he offers the most threats.
That’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.
He takes both sides, yes he takes both sides.
He’s the biggest dang liar up in DC Town.
He’s the Little Old Commie from Massachusetts.

No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry, No
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry, No
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry, No
No Kerry, No Kerry, No Kerry, No

I actually think this is a good thing for Bush. This would be great info for Bush to use in a campaign ad.

We'd better save this because once the Kerry campaign gets wind of it I'll bet they'll try to have it pulled.

The hard core are admitted Commies but it may help slap some of the so called "fence sitters" up side the head.

I was looking for an excuse to key this in and post it. This is a letter-to-editor published in Investor's Business Daily on Thursday, July 8, 2004:

Allied With Marx

Regarding "All The Above" (Editorial, July 1): Are you squeamish about writing the word "communist"? You used every other word - Bolshevik, Marxist, Leninist, Stalin. Does your "respect" for Sen. Hillary Clinton prevent yo from telling it like it is? She's a communist, espousing communist ideology. As you write, her words will be unchallenged, specifically by the cowardly Republicans. Who out there has guts? Ann Coulter?

This helps to prove my theory that many Democrats are communists i disguise. Take, for example, Sen. John Kerry's campaign slogan: "Let America Be America Again." This is the title of a poem by Langston Hughes, a communist. Hughes was not referring to traditional America. In his poetry, he praises Mars, Lenin and Stalin. This "America" slogan is as ambiguous as the candidate who has embraced it.

Perhaps the communist Democrats are relying on the dumbing down of America to prevent people from knowing what Marx, Lenin and Stalin are all about.

Of course they support him. He's one of them in sheep's clothing. Communist ideas, yes. One of them, no.

There was a time when the CPUSA ran its own candidates for reasons of Soviet prestige. Now with the Soviets gone, the CPUSA are mere hangers-on of the "movement" and really aren't important as an organization.

For those who are more "radical" than the average liberal, there are newer outfits like ANSWER that lead the way ideologically.

Remarkably, the "Top Ten Reasons" of the Communist party are identical to those of the Democratic party; out-sourcing, homosexual rights, abortion and the like.

The most important point in the article.

Top Ten Reasons to Defeat Bush

1. Bush is destroying workers rights and outsourcing jobs instead of protecting the right to organize and creating new jobs rebuilding schools, bridges, roads and hospitals

2. Bush is privatizing Medicare, Social Security and public education with phony reforms instead of enacting health care for all, protecting retirement funds and full funding for public education through college.

3. Bush is bankrupting the Federal Government with giant tax cuts for the very rich and super-funds to the military instead of securing the budget for human needs by taxing the rich and spending on human needs.

4. Bush is rolling back civil rights gains instead of enforcing and expanding affirmative action to end racism in all areas of life.

5. Bush is curtailing women's rights and choice by undermining Roe v. Wade instead of upholding the right to choice and ending the gender wage gap.

6. Bush is abusing immigrant workers in low-wage jobs instead of providing a clear path to citizenship and equal rights.

7. Bush is exploiting and ruining the environment by protecting corporate polluters instead of conserving our natural resources for the public good.

8. Bush's war in Iraq is a disaster for our security and economy. He is pushing for more preemptive wars and for first strike nuclear military policy instead of negotiations and cooperation utilizing the UN.

9. Bush is denying civil liberties and free speech in the name of fighting terrorism instead of repealing the USA Patriot Act and helping cities, towns and states fund firefighters and police.

10. Bush discriminates against Gays and Lesbians with a Constitutional Amendment instead of expanding civil rights and liberties for all.

Us poor, stuuupid folks in Texas have this in our government code-

GOVERNMENT CODE

CHAPTER 557. SEDITION, SABOTAGE, AND COMMUNISM

SUBCHAPTER C. COMMUNISM

§ 557.021. DEFINITIONS.
In this subchapter:
(1) "Communist" means a person who commits an act reasonably calculated to further the overthrow of the government:
(A) by force or violence;
or
(B) by unlawful or unconstitutional means and replace it with a communist government.
(2) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas.
(3) "Government" means the government of this state or any of its political subdivisions.
Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.

§ 557.022. RESTRICTIONS.
(a) The name of a communist may not be printed on the ballot for any primary or general election in this state or a political subdivision of this state.
(b) A person may not hold a nonelected office or position with the state or any political subdivision of the state if:
(1) any of the compensation for the office or position comes from public funds of this state or a political subdivision of this state;
and
(2) the employer or superior of the person has reasonable grounds to believe that the person is a communist.

I wonder if we could REALLY throw a chingus in the Kerry campaign by petitioning for his removal from the ballot on the grounds he's a communist!

After I heard Glenn Beck mention CPUSA's support of Kerry on his radio show a couple of weeks ago, I started drafting a letter to send to the local paper. Instead of writing it on Kerry's pro-communist record, however, I ended up responding to another reader's letter to the editor on the topic of the candidates' military service. I was able to use much of the same information, however. Reprinted below is the letter I sent:

In a recent letter to the editor, Michael A. Crawford misrepresented President George W. Bush’s military service and, in the process, demeaned every National Guard member. The National Guard and reserves most certainly are part of the armed forces - not cowards - as many Ohio and West Virginia guardsmen currently in harm’s way in the Middle East would tell you.

Mr. Crawford says it’s time to get the draft-dodgers and cowards out of the White House (but enough about Bill Clinton!), presumably to be replaced by a traitor and war criminal. That’s right, John Kerry claims he and his fellow U.S. servicemen in committed uncountable atrocities in Vietnam, from rape and torture to mutilation and electrocution. Curiously, members of Kerry’s unit don’t back up his accounts. The Ohio Valley’s Vietnam war veterans should be offended by such false and outrageous claims.

While still a member of the U.S. Navy, Kerry - by his own admission - twice met with North Vietnamese and Viet Cong officials in Paris. He testified in 1971 before the Senate Intelligence Committee that he wholeheartedly support the communist enemy’s demands at the Paris peace talks.

Sen. John McCain, a former prisoner of war, has said his North Vietnamese captors used reports of Kerry’s antiwar activities to demoralize and taunt the American POWs.

The question in 2004 should be which candidate will effectively deal with terrorism and help improve the economy today - areas in which President Bush has proven himself competent. Instead, Sen. Kerry - who never lets us forget he served in Vietnam - and his Bush-bashing supporters seem to prefer living in the past. If he insists that Vietnam is relevant to this campaign then, to be fair, we should look at his whole record. It’s not impressive.

The reason I have reposted it here is to encourage everyone to write letters to their local papers. People really do read them, and if you live in an area with a large veteran or older population, as do I, Kerry's anti-U.S. military/pro-Communist activities may strike a nerve, even among traditional Democrats.

The demarkation line between those who want to retain our heritage, our liberties and the foundational moral basis for our society and those who would destroy all of that gets more and more pronounced with each election iteration.

If it does not settle down, I am afraid at some point in perhaps the relatively near future that we're headed for civil war.

A visit to the CPUSA website failed to reflect a direct endorsement of Kerry although common sense would dictate that if they promote a defeart of Bush they must.

The Bush campaign needs something direct to hang their hat on.
