The stupidest thing about these stories is that it would be easier for an organization to build or buy a huge intercontinental ballistic missile system to deliver the payload than suitcases. Why do think we developed the missile system???? Do think all our pentagon scientists are walking around swatting their selves on the heads going "Gosh Darn! Why didn't we think of that? Those cunning arabs!".

Those things were developed by the Soviets to be smuggled into Western Europe and the US. As part of a first strike, or to decapitate us as an initial act of war. Also as the equivalent of huge satchel charges for conventional warfare ( say blowing up a marshalling area in a port). While I don't believe the Islamanazi's have these, there is no doubt they exist in the former Soviet Union.
