Representative Maloney must be formally admonished, or expelled, by/from the House of Representatives and the House Committee must refer her violations of federal law to the Department of Justice for further action. Wow!
Any chance this will pass?

The Demonrats will defend her to the death, calling it a witch hunt, and impugning the integrity, credibility, ancestry, etc., of any accusers.
The Republicans will be too timid to bring this up.
We've seen this act before. It's getting rather tiring.

Is this for real? She actually is being sanctioned for this? Wow, you really do good work. Do you think that you can help me out in my efforts to demand that John Kerry apologize for shopping the "Bush Lied" story to the media last summer? It was the work of Chris Lehane, while working for the Kerry campaign.

In addition to Rep.Maloney, what about the others who co-signed the letter? They are just as culpable as she is. They are the following:
Rep. Jarold Nadler (NY-08)
Rep. Joseph Crowley (NY-07)
Rep. Edolphus Towns (NY-10)
Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (Tex-30)
Maybe we luck and moxie we can get rid ot the entire bunch.
