I recently read an article about Anita Bryant. She came out against some pro gay legislation in Floridsa, and was crucified by the gays.
You never hear anything about her, ever.
But according to Kerry, whoopi represents the heart and soul of the American people. So let's put her on display and let the 'American people' decide. I live dangerously close to Hollywood, etc. and THOSE PEOPLE are warped.
So I guess she really opposes boycotts and criticisms of white racists, huh? After all, criticizing their views would be inconsistent with "America's heart and soul".
News said it cost her a cool $1 Million bucks.
You have to hit them in the pocket book, that's all they understand. Wasn't she a welfare woman before hitting it big?

Whoopi violated one of the primary rules of comedy on the Academy Awards. If you're going to be vulgar, you at least have to be funny. She wasn't. She's gone.

Boy, isn't it great how a few years back, Whoopi went right to Anita Bryant's defense, when the libs started that campaign to kick Anita off as the orange juice spokesman? After all, Anita Bryant was just speaking her mind about homosexuality.
What? Whoopi was nowhere to be seen?
