Andrew was for small un intervening government. He did not want a national bank. He believed all politicians where evil. Careers in politics drove Andrew Jackson nuts. Andrew Jackson grew up a poor man nad became the first campaigning southerner. He finnaly beat a north eastern Yankee and most believed he was not capable to be president. Andrew Jackson has more in common with George W Bush than kerry.
