Some of these "Christians" have too much time on their hands. Protesting someone on vacation...what is the point? To humiliate the kids on the boat? Or make the news ala Fred Phelps?

Losers.

They were also met by enviromental protestors, who misunderstood what it meant when someone told them a clam-diving vessel was docking in port.

A Warm Greeting Shunned by Our Rosie -- How Impolite

The AP to SfGAtE reports that organizers said former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell, was aboard the ship but that she wasn't seen among those who disembarked. And further that: as the first passengers left the quay shouting protesters pressed to within a few feet of them. Police stepped in to move demonstrators back. There were no arrests.

For the Children? No, but they are nice decorations, ain't they!

The AP to SfGAtE reports that Gregg Kominsky, a cruise organizer with R Family Vacations, claims the cruise included 1,150 adults and 450 children.

Our Tax Dollars At Work Against Us? Sad to Say, Yes

The AP to SfGAtE reports The U.S. Embassy issued a statement Thursday saying the mostly American passengers deserved the right to visit in peace.

I must have missed something. Where did these Christians state that God hates homosexuals? You think it is a waste of time to stand up for what you believe in, even if others don't, because it might mess up their vacation?

No different than....

Some of those "hollywood liberals" have too much time on their hands(or their bush). Protesting republicans for their opinions and beliefs...what is the point? To humiliate womens "bush"(whoopies self bigotry) on stage? Or make the news a la Free press?

No, I'd say these Christians in the article are exercising their right to peacfully protest something they oppose. You're okay with sodomites and lesbians taking children with them on a cruise boat?

Don't you know that Christianity is supposed to work by silent cultural osmosis? People (Christians) are supposed to keep their beliefs inside their special church-buildings. They are to vote Republican - if American Christians and are to otherwise remain silent. Now go take your SOMA.
