Move over, Buffy. You've got competition - from John Kerry [related, bio].
In the current issue of the comic book ``Sword of Dracula,'' a character modeled after the Democratic presidential hopeful takes on the king of the undead, Dracula himself.
``I chose Kerry because I am impressed with his background as a military man,'' writer Jason Henderson said yesterday.

Kerry is a blood-sucker in his own right. Perhaps, Kerry would be be a better model for crafting the Dracula character.

The moderator changed the title to what it was in the herald. It was my first ever posting and I made a booboo.
For those who missed it, I titled it 'Knobslobbering lib makes Kerry the hero of vampire-slaying comic' or something like that.

When I read the thread title, I thought it referred to another one of Kerry's "manly man extreme sports" photo ops. Maybe motorcycles, kites, windsurfing, biking, etc., just isn't enough... now we'll have to watch him grapple with vampires?
To: Normal4me
They can never answer that question. The same ones who throw "draft dodger/awol" at Bush thought it clever of Clinton to get out of serving at all.

The man is from Texas, what a shame. But he makes a living writing about a fantasy world, so it all makes sense.
I visited his web site, and among other things, I learned that his wife is a Lawyer, it's all so clear now Drop him a line http://www.jasonhenderson.com/about.htm

Henderson believed the man who received three Purple Hearts deserved a fictional homage. True in a way the author didn't intend.
If Dracula scratches you three times do you get to go home?

I couldn't resist. I e-mailed this moron the following:
``I chose Kerry because I am impressed with his background as a military man,''
Certainly this is a misquote? If not, I must say it takes next to nothing to impress you. In which case do you have a few minutes to talk about a few acres of swampland in FL. that Im trying to sell?

Is he referring to kerry's "cut and run" Viet Nam record or the 360 degree kerry, with a policy to satisfy everybody?
To: MadIvan
Well, that's it - I've officially seen it all.
